In recent years,China's economy has developed rapidly,and large domestic chemical projects have been launched.However,due to domestic survey and design and construction technnology factors,improper foundation selection,uneven distribution of soft soil and other problems,some building foundations have settlement and uneven settlement,resulting in building tilt,cracks,serious structural damage and even overall instability,to the production and operation belt a great potential safety hazard during the completion of the main structure construction or in the long-term operation process.If the buildings are demolished and reconstructed,the construction cost will be higher and time limit for a project also will be longer.The reconstruction of a single structure will cause the long-term shutdown of the entire line and the loss will be huge.Therefore,it is of great significance to reinforce and rectify the construction of the building.Based on the example of strengthening and rectifying the grease trap of a chemical project in China,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the reasons for the foundation deformation through a systematic investigation of the geological environment and other conditions.Starting from the basic principle,construction technology,scheme design,information construction and other aspects,this paper analyzes in detail the in-situ reinforcement and rectification technology of high-pressure rotary jet grouting pile curtain and steel tube full hole grouting.The main achievements are as follows:(1)This paper analyzes the theoretical research and construction application of rectifying and reinforcing technology at home and abroad,classifies and analyzes the reasons for the tilt of buildings from the aspects of investigation,design,construction and surrounding environment,and summarizes several common rectifying methods.(2)For the geological environment background,survey situation,design data,foundation scheme and measures,construction process and settlement observation data,systematic investigation is conducted on the buildings with uneven settlement in engineering examples.Based on the comprehensive analysis of foundation deformation characteristics,construction conditions,foundation soil performance and groundwater influence,the causes of uneven settlement are obtained.(3)This paper introduces the design principle of in-situ reinforcement and deviation correction technology of high-pressure rotary jet grouting pile curtain and steel flowered pipe with full hole grouting,and forms the design scheme of in-situ consolidation,replacement and deviation correction of steel flowered pipe with split grouting and compaction grouting with full hole segmenting grouting.(4)It adopts information-based construction technology to realize accurate control of construction deviation correction through synchronous monitoring with construction.Subsequently,the observation data are processed,analyzed and calculated,the construction quality and reinforcement effect of foundation reinforcement are evaluated,which provides experience and reference for similar projects.
