Application Research On High Pressure Jet Grouting Pile In The Base Of Bridge

Along with the high-grade highway and urban roads rapid development in recent years, more and more bridges had been built. The gravity bridge abutment became an inescapable specific content in many bridge design. But gravity bridge abutment had many disadvantages, like the cubic content of its excavation earth and stone and its masonry were great big, and it requested big soil matrix bearing capacity, and it had a long construction period and on. Therefore, this article proposed a new type of abutment structure named gravity assemblage bridge abutment, which is composed by using the high pressure jet grouting pile to reinforce the foundation.This article proposed firstly a newly gravity assemblage bridge abutment, using the high pressure jet grouting inclined pile to stand against level force , and using the vertical pile of it to stand against vertical load, the pile caput of the inclined pile and the vertical pile were buried light steel concrete pile caps, interlinked to integer, formed gravity assemblage bridge abutment. On this basis, combined with the forming mechanism and forming characteristic of the high pressure jet grouting , and the structure characteristic of gravity assemblage bridge abutment, discussed deeply reinforce mechanisma and"analogy the pile with branches and plates reinforce mechanisma", analysed the load mechanism of gravity assemblage bridge abutment. Besides, on the base of bearing capacity calculate theory, aimed the bearing characteristic of the high pressure jet grouting pile gravity assemblage bridge abutment, a complete set of design method and construction blue print of gravity assemblage bridge abutment have been put forward. Finally, In this article we carried the bearing capacity experiment about the high pressure jet grouting pile gravity assemblage bridge abutment in the specific project application, made use of the regression analysis method to analyse the experimental data, deduced the ultimate bearing capacity of high pressure jet grouting pile, and discussed the point resistance and resistance of bridge abutmen pile, and it's capability of resist moment and shear.We have obtained the locate test data of high pressure jet grouting pile in the integral stress of practical bridge through theory analysis, experiment research and static test . The result indicates that the gravity assemblage bridge abutment formed by it is on the safe side.
