In recent years,the development of information technology and the management level of manufacturing companies have greatly improved.Although various information systems have been widely used and developed in different areas of the company,senior executives and company managers can better demonstrate the company's overall computerization success and management level,and focus on the company's overall computerization perspective to achieve Visualization and quantification of required information.And to help business managers analyze and make decisions,which has become a new requirement for business information development.In our country,after 30 years of rapid development of the automobile industry,the concept of intelligent factories has gradually become the vision of major OEMs in the manufacturing field.The so-called intelligence is the use of various modern technologies to realize factory office,management and production automation,strengthen and standardize company management,reduce work errors,narrow various gaps,improve work efficiency,and make safe production and supply decisions.The purpose is to strengthen external links and expand the international market.The intelligent factory is a digital factory built based on the MES manufacturing execution system,which ultimately achieves the goal of lean production.As China's first joint venture automobile company,FAW-Volkswagen Co.,Ltd.has a production capacity of 3 million vehicles at five bases and six factories.The company has 33 welding,painting and assembly production lines.In order to achieve lean production for a large automobile company like FAW-Volkswagen,intelligent and digital production management is particularly important.The implementation of production management,the transmission and feedback of production information,the efficiency of production process and delivery evaluation,and the real-time and efficient control and monitoring of production have become more and more important.This article focuses on the visualization and quantification of information in the field of enterprise production management.Based on the basic theory and technology of lean production management,as well as ERP theory,MES theory and information visualization theory,research the overall design and specific design of the production management visualization system,including the design of system structure and function.Analyze the basic situation of FAW-Volkswagen Co.,Ltd.'s production management visualization,the problems and causes of the production management system,and point out the optimization plan of FAW-Volkswagen's visualization production management system,which mainly includes the design principle of the visualization system,the overall structure of the design visualization system,and safeguard measures.Based on the research of the welding,painting and assembly workshops of the five factories and six factories of FAW-Volkswagen Co.,Ltd.Combining all the company's existing information systems and project functional requirements,discussed the visual design principles of the production management system and the design principles of the production management system,researched and developed many visual systems.The company's production management has achieved the visualization and quantification of information in the field of production management.In order to meet the needs of actual work,research and establish visual production management indicators.The system aims to improve the efficiency of enterprise production management and promote the sustainable development of enterprises.The research work of this article has certain practical significance.
