Liujiaxia Hydropower Plant Production Management Information System Based On Standardized Design

With the deepening restructure of power enterprise, informatization has become a most important measure to improve business management level and corporation competitiveness. While in that process, the technology-oriented thinking has been leading to a neglect of standard management construction and a low success rate of informatization. Based on analysis of the basic principles and methods of standardization and the application of standardization in hydropower stations, this paper researches the design and implementation of hydropower production management information system.Firstly this article introduces the topics background and research significance, then summarized the standardization management theory and the implementation in hydropower stations. Thirdly, lists the current informatization construction status of production management for Liujiaxia hydropower station. Analyses the existing informatization problems. Fourthly, aiming at these problems, designs the production management information system program, including the system design principles, the platforms, the management idea, and system function module; finally provides the implemention procedures.Going to a conclusion according to the research in this article, the information system's design and application is just a means, the essence is the management innovation, especially production management standardization, the establishment of modern enterprise management mode, on the premise of standardization, rebuild the traditional production management by utilizing information technology, to achieve innovation of hydropower production management. The design and implementation of this system will contribute a lot to improve production efficiency, safety, saving management costs and enhance competitiveness of the enterprise.
