With the acceleration of the development of water Conservancy,the yellow river flood prevention and rescue has undergone a transformation from "manual rescue" to "mechanized rescue" to "human-machine rescue" under the guidance of today's scientific principle.In this paper,we improve the lifting device of forklift,the mechanical and electrical power system,the cold start technology and the self-propelled refueling device,and verify its main conclusions through the field rescue exercise as follows:1.Comparison of Mechanized Handling Efficiency and Financial Savings after Improvement of Forklift EquipmentIn terms of funds,the original forklift completed the unloading and loading of 260 lead-wire cage mesh pieces(10 floors and one stack)in 48 hours and cost 2,400 yuan.After using the improvement,it saved 46.5 hours and saved 2285 yuan.Only 1/32 of the previous time,The savings are nearly 20 times what they were before.2.Comparison of benefits and savings after installing electromechanical dual-use power systemThe original normal diesel power forklift needed to consume 126.2 yuan of fuel per hour of operation(calculated according to 6135 diesel engines),and the forklift with a mechanical and electrical dual-use power system needed only 6.16 yuan per hour of work,and it could save 120.04 yuan per hour of work.,calculated according to the average working time of 1,000 hours per year,Including maintenance costs,the savings in the year after the improvement can reach 122,600 yuan.3.Analysis on the Efficiency of Using Ceramic Heating and Cold Start TechnologyIt takes 30 to 45 minutes to start cold with the traditional refueling method under better conditions.After the improvement,it takes only 3 to 5 minutes to start cold with ceramic heating technology,and the start-up efficiency is increased by 10 times.4.Comparison of the Efficiency and Financial Savings of Self-service Refueling DevicesIt took 15-25 minutes to fill 200 liters of oil.After using the device,it took only 4-7 minutes to fill 200 liters of oil.The operational efficiency was four times higher than before.The cost of each unit can save up to 10,000 yuan per year in labor costs,mechanical wear and tear fees,and oil losses.The improvement of the above four self-technologies will improve the human-machine response to emergency rescue as follows:Rescue time: The original human-machine cooperation is 69 to 320 times the manual operation efficiency,and after improvement,it is 600 times the manual operation efficiency;Rescue cost: The original human-machine cooperation reduced the cost by 1.22 ~ 3.24 times;After improvement,the cost is reduced by 12 times;In terms of operational efficiency: The original human-machine coordination is 25 to 162 times the manual operation efficiency,and after improvement,it is 300 times the manual operation efficiency.
