Axle counting equipment-a common track detection equipment in the current environment,which is mainly based on the principles of computer technology,sensor technology and electromagnetic induction.The detailed development principle is that,with the help of the induction coil,some indicators of the induced electromotive force on the track with and without cars--phase,amplitude and so on--are tested,and based on the test data,the analysis is conducted on whether there is a car or not.In this way,it is possible to know whether the train in the track section is idle or occupied,so it is widely used in railway transportation.However,in the urban rail transit cities of Inner Mongolia autonomous region,the rail transit axle counting simulation system has not been designed yet,so the current situation of trains cannot be analyzed.Therefore,in this environment,the development of axis simulation system is particularly important.It can simulate and demonstrate the functions of most axle counting systems with high equipment utilization rate.At the same time,the system can also complete the function of whether the train is occupied or not,store the data,and whether the data after analysis and comparison meet the requirements,etc.,which is particularly important in the process of teaching and training in colleges and universities.On the basis of fully understanding the requirements of urban rail transit axis simulation system in college teaching and training,the paper first constructed the overall scheme of urban rail transit axis simulation system,and carried out specific software and hardware design.Hardware part covers the detailed data storage,sensors,the key input circuit,single chip microcomputer,liquid crystal display and remote data control and communications,alarm circuit,etc.,as a main module used for processing data,the sensor module work basically-ultrasound equipment is used to collect data,through data analysis to determine the train track section of free or occupied,and voice part respectively to the data display and the abnormal alarm in time,and based on serial communication,realize the monitoring machine on the important of the equipment to extract data monitoring and display,etc.Modular programming is the basic idea of system design.Subroutine calling through the main program,subprogram include liquid crystal display module,MCU module,serial communication,sensor,key input circuit and data storage and communication and alarm circuit and so on a number of different modules,in Keil C and Visual Basic programming environment to achieve the 6.0 meter test train takes up and transfer the information of driving shaft simulation system function.The test results show that the system can meet the functional requirements of urban rail transit axis simulation system.
