As a technology-intensive product of machinery and equipment,tractors are one of the important marks for evaluating a country's equipment and technology level.After decades of rapid development,China's tractor market has become saturated. Under the fierce market competition,research on tractor working devices with stable performance,high production eficiency,good work quality, and low energy consumption rate has attracted widespread attention from the vast agricultural machinery industry. As an important working mechanism of tractors,suspension devices have been widely studied.The tractor suspension device use shydraulic pressure as the power,on the one hand,it? hauls agricultural tools for different types of field operations,and on the other hand,controls the lifting of agricultural tools.As an important part of a tractor,its performance determines the operating quality and operating eficiency of the tractor and affects the quality and reputation of the tractor enterprise.Therefore,it is particularly important to test its ability to improve.In view of the characteristics of the hydraulic system of the tractor suspension device, it is not casy to detect it. At present, the lifting capacity test benches for tractor suspensiondevices commonly used at home and abroad mostly adopt the structure of weight loading orcylinder loading. Both of these forms require manual coupling There are problems such as low detection efficiency, low degree of automation, and poor safety. This paper designs theuse of automatic control technology and hydraulic loading technology to develop automatic coupling mechanisms, load loading and control systems, and safety protection mechanisms,and to study rapid detection methods for the maximum lifting force, maximum static settlement, lifting time, and lifting stroke of the suspension device.In this paper, the hydraulic control system design and human-computer interactiondesign are carried out around the tractor suspension lifting capacity test bench. A simple, safeand stable hydraulic control system is designed based on the mechanical structure characteristics of the test bench and various transmission requirements. The working parameters such as pressure and flow in the hydraulic system are calculated and the selectionof each working component is completed based on this. The closed-]oop pressure control isestablished. The system control block diagram and the transfer function of each part of the block diagram are derived. The pressure control system BODE is drawn using AMESim andits stability is analyzed. The electrical control schematic diagram with PLC as the controlleris designed, and the control requirements of the system are given according to the control process. , Digital and analog signals and control programs; use touch screen as industrial control computer to realize human-computer interaction function, complete human-machineinteraction interface design and realize data communication between HMI and PLC; finally debug and experiment the control system, operation test The platform performs on-line detection of the tractor, records the experimental data and analyzes the experimental results.
