| Heavy pickup tractor truck is the main road transport for human production and life,so its operating efficiency directly affects human production and life.While the drop and pull transport is one of the important ways to improve efficiency of freight and logistics,but because the height of the container can’t be adjusted,we must design the heavy pickup tractor truck which can adjust the height.As an effective means to realize the vehicle height is adjustable,the behind air spring suspension is recommend by the nation standards Committee of drop and pull transport.At the same time,using it can not only greatly enhance the vehicle comfort、riding comfort and handling stability,but also reduce the impact on the road and.reducing the degree of damage to the road.So using it in heavy pickup tractor truck will be a development trend.This paper rely on the project of researching on the behind air spring suspension in heavy pickup tractor truck for my enterprise,according to the structural characteristics of the main air suspension at home and abroad,and on the basis of 6 * 4 tractor,I determined the basic parameters of the vehicle,determined the main parameters of the behind air spring suspension system after analyzing and matching the vehicle suspension system,selected-arranged the structural type for behind air spring suspension system according to the main parameters and selected-matched the control system for behind air spring suspension system;In the process of designing it,I selected-arranged four-bar linkage,stabilizer bar selected the main components such as airbag,shock absorber and stabilizer bar,and using CATIA software to established the three-dimensional model of the behind air spring suspension system.And then did the kinematic analysis.The force of each component was determined by multi-body dynamics software The strength of the main components was analyzed based on the finite element software.After analysis,the movement gap ofbehind air spring suspension system meets the design requirements,the main components of the stress and safety factor in line with the strength requirements of the material.I installed and tested the 6×4 towing tractor which assembled the behind air spring suspension system ofelectronic control.After assembling andcommissioning verification,the assembly relationship between the parts is reasonable,the assembly process is good and without interference.After the contrast test on riding comfort and handling stability between traditional leaf spring suspension models and it,the vehicle riding comfort increased by 20%;The steering return-to-center performance,steady turning performancesteering light performance and the other vehicle handling stability scoring 97.38 points,comparing with the vehicles assembledleaf spring suspension increased by 4%.I have achieved the desired design requirements after the prototype assembly and the standard test. |
