With the centralization of land and the rise of rural cooperatives,China’s agriculture is developing towards mechanization and intelligence.As an important means of agricultural mechanization,tractor plays an important role in China’s agricultural production.In agricultural production,tractor completes agricultural operation mainly through the suspension and traction of its hydraulic suspension device to planter,suppressor and rotary tiller.Therefore,the performance of its hydraulic suspension device will directly affect the working quality of tractor.At present,there are many kinds of tractor brands in the tractor market,and the quality is uneven.The quality of tractors greatly affects the brand reputation and reputation,and then affects the market sales.Therefore,the tractor factory inspection is very important.In this paper,starting from the tractor on-line detection,aiming at the tractor hydraulic suspension on-line detection,a tractor hydraulic suspension on-line detection test-bed with automatic coupling and hydraulic loading is developed,The specific research contents of this paper are as follows,The first chapter describes the research background of the paper,and introduces the research status of tractor hydraulic suspension detection at home and abroad.At present,weight loading method is mainly used at home and abroad,and some enterprises use hydraulic loading method.The hydraulic loading method usually needs to excavate the trench,and the hydraulic loading compensation is not considered in the loading process,so the test results are usually biased.At present,there is no research on automatic coupling of tractor hydraulic suspension on-line detection at home and abroad.All major enterprises adopt crane suspension and manual adjustment of auxiliary coupling mode.This mode is time-consuming and laborious,and has great potential safety hazard,which is not in line with the concept of modern manufacturing intelligent mechanization.In the second chapter,the testing requirements of tractor hydraulic suspension on-line testing are introduced,including index requirements and test-bed requirements.According to the detection index,the overall structure of the test bench is designed.The overall structure mainly includes the hanging part and the loading part.The function of the hanging part is to locate and catch the lower pull rod and to put through the pin.It is mainly composed of micro hydraulic cylinder,hanging pin,load-bearing column,arc-shaped shell,guide plate and transverse limiting parts.The main parts of the loading part include the loading lever,the support seat,the loading hydraulic cylinder and the support shaft of the hydraulic cylinder.The hanging part and the hydraulic loading part are connected by high-strength springs,so that the hanging part can be adjusted up and down and rotated slightly.The hanging part is placed in the front of the loading lever.When the tractor works,it first completes the positioning and catching through the hydraulic cylinder lifting and adjusting the coupling part,and carries out the pin piercing operation.After the pin piercing operation is completed,it carries out the online detection of the tractor hydraulic suspension system.The third chapter mainly completes the virtual simulation of the tractor hydraulic suspension online testing test bench,including Adams motion simulation analysis and ANSYS finite element simulation analysis.The modeling process before simulation is completed by using Solid Works,and the model is introduced into Adams for motion simulation.The simulation results of Adams show that the test bench has no interference and the motion process is stable,and it is better when the initial hanging angle is 80 °.ANSYS simulation results show that the test bench is in good stress condition and the parts with high stress are connecting rods.The optimization and improvement are made for the stress condition of the connecting rod.The improved test bench meets the strength design requirements.The fourth chapter mainly designs the hydraulic loading system of the test-bed.In order to make the test-bed successfully complete the task of hooking and realize the automatic capture of hooking,the movement condition of the test-bed is analyzed,and the main parameters of the hydraulic system are calculated according to the movement and load of the test-bed.The working principle of the hydraulic system is designed,and the hydraulic circuit is analyzed by using the hydraulic simulation analysis software AMESim Simulation analysis is carried out to verify the correctness of the circuit design.The fifth chapter mainly designs the control system of the test bench,including the design of working circuit and control circuit.The control requirements of the test bench are introduced.According to the control requirements,the hardware design of the control system is carried out,such as PLC selection and expansion module selection.The control principle of the control system is designed and the control language is written.The sixth chapter mainly introduces the processing,debugging and lifting test of the test bench.The mechanical structure processing and assembly of the test bench,the manufacture and assembly of the hydraulic loading system of the test bench and the processing of the control system of the test bench are introduced respectively.The connection and cooperation between the machine and the electric hydraulic system of the test bench are completed.The test bench hook up and catch debugging are carried out.After the commissioning,the lifting detection of the tractor hydraulic suspension system is carried out.The results show that the test bench is successfully connected The rate is 100%,the hook up process is stable and reliable,the detection data is accurate and can be displayed in real time,which greatly improves the detection efficiency and the automation degree in the detection process.The seventh chapter is conclusion and prospect.The test-bed has been verified by experiments.It has good coupling performance,accurate detection data,real-time display of detection process data,and automatic upload of detection results to the database to facilitate data comparison.However,due to the short closing time of the project,less funds and R &D personnel,there is a little lag problem in the pressure compensation of the test-bed,which can not be solved.In the later stage,we can further study the compensation lag problem.
