| With the continuous development of society and the continuous expansion of urban scale,in the era of Internet of things,big data and cloud computing,central heating industry,as a traditional high-energy consuming industry,has joined the big force of the transformation of old and new drivers.For a thermal enterprise,cost control,increase revenue to obtain greater profits,in the rapid development of information today,the realization of production,business automation has become an indispensable means of enterprise development.In China,charging by heating area and heat sharing are two common traditional charging methods.However,with the continuous reform of civil central heating system,household heat metering is also in a rapid development stage in China.Thermal metering engineering is taking up a larger and larger proportion in enterprise investment.It is more and more critical to reduce the cost of meter reading and improve data stability.Therefore,it is of great significance for thermal enterprises to improve their management ability and level to realize automatic collection of household thermal meter data and stable network uploading.The Internet of things,as a product of the information network era,is an extension of the Internet and has a broad prospect for development.The technology integrates sensor equipment or sensors into various objects to realize the connection between objects and people.4G network is becoming more and more popular,and the signal has basically reached full coverage.As a "bridge" in the Internet of things,4G network has huge advantages over previous generations of mobile communication network technologies.Based on 4G mobile communication technology and Internet of things technology,this paper takes ultrasonic heat meter and collector as the terminal equipment of Internet of things,and 4G communication network as the basis of stable data transmission,and completes the design of remote collection system for household heat meter.This paper mainly includes three parts:introduction of relevant technologies used in system design,design of lower user metering system,data collection system,4G communication system and upper data management system.(1)This paper introduces and studies the Internet of things technology and 4G technology used in the design of the remote collection system of thermal meters based on 4G Internet of things.(2)In a system,the user measurement system using ultrasonic heat meter with hot data measurement,set copy system through the collector are installed in the building,through introducing the M’-BUS technology and heat meter connection,building internal scale data acquisition,finally,through the 4G communication module establishing two-way communication with upper data server,realize the data upload and command issued.(3)The upper data management system adopts B/S structure,USES Microsoft.NET framework technology and class library to realize the design of the system,and realizes the management of user basic information and heat meter data through SQLServer 2008 R2 database software.Specific functions include data unpacking,verification,storage and data query,statistics,management and other functions.The heat meter remote collection system design,in the ji’nan jiahe garden and other residential areas for the practical application,to achieve the household heat metering data upload and management,so that users meet the requirements of heat metering charges,according to the actual situation of flexible use of heat,timely grasp the use of heat,saving heating costs;Thermal enterprises can real-time grasp the user’s heat situation,all-round analysis of the heat distribution ratio,more scientific regulation of heat network load,for users to achieve comfortable heating,but also played a role in saving energy consumption. |
