As the main equipment of industrial dust emission treatment,the operation status and dust removal efficiency of dust removal device directly affect the efficiency of industrial production.With the industrial situation becoming more and more diversified and complex,the functional requirements of dust removal device are also higher and higher.In order to solve the problem of dust emission during grain transportation and improve the utilization rate of dust removal device,dust removal truck is more and more widely used in industrial production.According to the dust removal demand of grain depot,this paper designs a dust removal device for grain depot carrying and dust removal truck,which is of great practical significance for improving the working environment of grain depot transportation.This paper firstly studies the dust collection mechanism and grain dust characteristics of bag filter,analyzes the applicable mechanism of grain dust collection,and provides theoretical basis for the design of dust removal device.Then according to the field environment and design requirements of the grain depot,the filter air speed,filter area and other parameters of the dust removal device are designed in detail,and the design parameters of the dust removal fan,filter material and dust removal system are determined.Combined with the design scheme of the dedusting device,the flow field of the dedusting device is simulated by using the fluid simulation software FLUENT.Firstly,the influence of different inlet diameters on the grain dust movement track is analyzed,and the optimal inlet diameter of the dedusting device is determined.Secondly,the flow field inside the dedusting device is analyzed,and the optimization scheme is proposed according to the simulation results.Finally,the dedusting process of the dedusting device is simulated Through simulation,the influence of different injection time and pressure on the cleaning effect is analyzed,which provides reference for the design of parameters of cleaning.Through the analysis of the actual treatment air volume,system resistance and dust removal efficiency of the dust removal device,the feasibility of the design of the dust removal device of the dust removal vehicle in the grain depot is verified.This thesis has 49 pictures,19 tables and 91 references.
