| At present,China’s economic development has entered a new era,and the National Grain Reserve,which undertakes the important task of ensuring national food security,is also facing the realistic goal and task requirements of changing the development mode and comprehensively constructing " grain storage green and scientific ".Energy saving renovation of existing building facilities is an effective way to realize energy efficient utilization and promote high-quality development.With the mature application of distributed power generation and photovoltaic building integration technology,as well as the introduction and implementation of a series of national support policies,some grain storage depots take advantage of the unique advantages of "located in the suburbs,less shelter,good use of roof area",to explore the photovoltaic energy-saving transformation.With its professional,market-oriented and efficient energy-saving and emission reduction operation mechanism.Energy performance contracting is more and more applied in photovoltaic energy-saving transformation projects of grain depot.However,from the actual effect,the relevant decision-making and operation mechanism need to be further optimized and improved.This paper takes the energy performance contracting as the key point,and effectively connects the distributed photovoltaic power generation and energy-saving transformation of grain depot.Through the systematic research on distributed photovoltaic power generation,building energy-saving transformation and energy performance contracting,the paper further constructs and improves the benefit evaluation system of energy-saving transformation projects under the mode of energy performance contracting,so as to provide the basis for decision-making and operation of such projects in the future.Firstly,this paper studies and introduces the development and research status of photovoltaic energy-saving transformation and energy performance contracting at home and abroad through literature research method,and discusses the development trend of relevant technologies and the mode of energy performance contracting.Then,the qualitative analysis method is used to analyze the current energy management mode of energy-saving contract in photovoltaic energy-saving transformation of grain depot,and the existing problems are put forward,and the benefit analysis model is established.Through the investigation and analysis method and case study method,the energy consumption characteristics and future energy consumption of a grain depot project are predicted,and the construction investment and operation situation of the photovoltaic power generation project that has been completed and operated are analyzed,providing data support for the benefit evaluation of the project underfive modes.Finally,by using the comparative analysis method,this paper establishes the project construction scheme for five modes,compares the benefits of all parties in the life cycle of the project,and draws relevant research conclusions.The innovation of this paper mainly includes the following three aspects:(1)In this study,in view of the grain depot in the grain depot photovoltaic power generation project is not strong in the project decision-making,the current mainstream energy performance contracting is effectively combined with the current photovoltaic power generation policy and power grid connection mode,and the whole life cycle benefit evaluation model of photovoltaic energy-saving transformation project of grain depot is established,which provides the basis for the decision-making of energy users.(2)Through the establishment of multiple linear regression and grey neural network prediction model,the future energy consumption of grain depot was reasonably predicted.At the same time,it also provides the prediction basis for the effective use of the benefit evaluation model,so that the benefit evaluation model can carry out effective analysis and evaluation for the projects with non fixed income mode.(3)Based on the case study of a grain depot photovoltaic energy-saving transformation project,five hypothetical model schemes are established and the economic benefits are calculated.The applicability of different modes of energy performance contracting is compared and analyzed.It is concluded that the mode of "self use and surplus power on Grid" is the optimal choice of distributed photovoltaic energy-saving transformation project under the current policy framework,and the national policy on this is demonstrated This paper puts forward suggestions on further optimizing the operation mechanism of energy performance contracting in photovoltaic energy-saving transformation of grain depot,and provides valuable exploration ideas for sustainable and healthy development of related industries. |
