Since the reform and opening up,the living standard has greatly improved in rural area,after the fundermental survival problems have been solved,the requirement of rural people for domestic indoor heeting has been getting heigher day by day,and how to meet such need,is a huge challenge for our country.This need is a rigid one,before the whole arrange and planning from the state,rural people have already been using variety of means for domestic heating in their own ways,commonly use bulk coal,firewood and other convenient energy source.With the increase of heating users,the consumption amount of bulk coal has been greatly increasing.As the consequences,the severe problems of environmental pollution and low efficient energy utilizing have been caused.In recent years,to carry out the transformation of clean energy by the state,burning of bulk coal and crop straw for heating are forbidden.Instead of it,coal-to-gas and coal-to-electricity are vigorously promoted.From the practice in recent years,the effect is not ideal due to the unreasonable use of energy and the tension increase of conventional energy supply.On the other hand,large amount of biomass resources(clean and renewable)is abound with in rural area.These biomass resources have not been fullly utilized for domestic heating,and insurmountable situation of environmental pollution in rural area has been caused.In view of insufficient synthetic cyclic resource utilization of rural biomass,importance,necessity and practicality of building-up Biomass-based Village Scale Central Heating system in a rural village is expounded.Sorts of energy and means of utilization,status of biomass treatment in rural area nowadays have been introduced collectively.Especially,deep analysis on its existing problems have been done and improving direction has been pointed out with an example study.Make full use of characteristics and advantages of rural area,vigorously develop and utilize renewable energy resources(especially biomass resource)in rural revitalization and beautiful countryside construction are suggested.In this way,not only the nationwide shortage of conventional energy resources is relieved,but also the environmental problems because of the improper treatment of biomass can be solved.Basic situation within 15 provinces(or cities)has been studied(summarization and classification)in north China rural area including following items: population and its distribution,dwelling area and housing type,heating and thermal load characteristics,amount of energy consumption,exisiting amount of biomass resources,quantity matching relation between heating energy demand and biomass energy available,specific approaches and methods for energy conversion of biomass resources,etc.Some potential source and heating modes have been comparatively studied,afterward the optimal heating mode(central heating mode within a typical village based on biomass energy resources)has been drawn is presented in this paper in order to provide a kind of clean and environment-friendly,economical and high-efficiency,recyclable and renewable,safe and reliable heating mode(energy resource,heating source and heating system)for upgrading the life quality in most north China rural area sustainably.A specific analytical method(planning,argumentation,designing)of specifc implementation of Biomass-based village scale central heating system in a specifc village has been established and presented.
