With the rapid development of science and technology,the height and span of many buildings are increasing,such buildings are increasingly sensitive to the effects of wind loads.Especially high-rise steel structure,because of its characteristics of light weight,small damping and weak stiffness,the wind load becomes the main control factor of its structure safety,thus the deepening of wind resistance design is of great significance to study the response of building structures under wind load.Simulation analysis was carried out in this dissertation,the variation of wind load at different elevation of a high-rise steel structure was discussed,and the dynamic response of downwind wind load was analyzed by simulation,it provides a reference for the safety and comfort of high-rise steel structure.The main work and results are as follows:(1)The equivalent static wind load of high-rise steel structure was analyzed.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of high-rise steel structure system and the basic characteristics and control factors of wind load,the MIDAS GEN was used to analyze the equivalent static wind load of an engineering example,the characteristic information of the model was obtained,such as mode,period,layer displacement response,inter-layer displacement angle response and global stability.(2)The time history of downwind load of high-rise steel structures was simulated numerically.Based on the simulation analysis,the time history of downwind load on each layer of the structure was discussed,and the correctness of the model was verified.This method provides support and basis for time history analysis of downwind wind load.(3)The dynamic time history of high-rise steel structure under wind load was analyzed.On the basis of simulation analysis,the dynamic time-history under downwind wind load was studied,then the variation of displacement and interlayer displacement angle was determined.(4)The response of the building structure under the equivalent static analysis and dynamic time-history analysis was compared.The structural dynamic response obtained by simulation calculation is larger than that obtained by the analysis of equivalent static load in the load code of our country.The reasons for the differences were analyzed,and the design scheme of high-rise steel structure was optimized.
