With the continuous development of the national economy, high-rise frame shear wall structure has become a kind of main structural form, however, the research of this kind of structure is not perfect in the aspect of wind load effect and seismic design. To analysis of a high-rise building in dynamic mechanical properties under the wind load and earthquake load. In this paper, the theoretical analysis and numerical calculation method, structure of high-rise building were static analysis, modal analysis, elastic dynamic analysis under wind load response analysis and seismic load. Results show that, when the selected Hefei once in 50 years, wind pressure 0.35kN/m2 as the basic wind pressure on the structure, respectively, with finite element method (FEM) and 2012 load code method calculation. Through the comparison of the calculated results, it is found that the maximum displacement of the building, the bottom shear and the bottom moment of the calculation results are very close, and to meet the requirements of the specification. Two methods of calculating the structure of the bottom shear and the bottom bending moment difference of about 9%, in the allowable error range. The above results fully prove that the finite element simulation method can accurately give the reliability of the structure, and it is proved that the structure is safe and reliable. In addition, by the elastic time history analysis method to analyze the structures under seismic load, it is concluded that along the height direction of the structure deformation trend with an axle beam column joints is roughly the same, maximum amplitude occurs in about height 35m, and code for seismic design of buildings, the maximum amplitude of the structure meet the specification requirements, the safety performance of the structure is reliable.
