| The hydro-generator block body consists of two parts: the bearing bush and the guide bush.The traditional tile body is made of babbitt alloy.However,due to its large friction loss,it is prone to burnt tiles.Now,fluoroplastics and elastic metal plastics are gradually used as the material.Material,often called plastic tile.At present,the elastic metal plastic tile is mainly used in the hydro-generator set.The low-carbon steel plate is used as the base,the modified polytetrafluoroethylene is the surface-based material,and the elastic metal is added to the modified polytetrafluoroethylene material.Made by special craftsmanship.In this paper,the friction and wear mechanism and material properties of the hydro-generator thrust bush and water guide tile materials(Pasteum,modified PTFE plastic,etc.)are investigated.By using a friction and wear tester,DTA\DSC analyzer,hardness tester and other instruments,the materials such as babbitt alloy and modified PTFE plastic are tested under different temperatures,loads and frictions.The detailed data generated in the process,analyze the data,understand the specific material requirements of the hydro-generator thrust bush and water guide tile operating conditions,and analyze the best matching performance between the friction parts of the active materials.In addition,through the mechanical,temperature resistance test and friction and wear test of polyetheretherketone and ultra-high-component polyethylene of special engineering materials,the performance of traditional materials is compared with the performance of traditional materials,and the modification and selection scheme of new tile materials is formulated.Processing and manufacturing new tile body,so as to replace the existing tile body is easy to wear,easy to burn and so on.The results show that the new tile made by modification and preparation of the new material has better elastic properties and pressure resistance than the traditional Babbitt alloy tile and modified polytetrafluoroethylene plastic tile,and has better friction reduction and wear resistance under lubrication or non-lubrication conditions.The improved new type of tile is expected to solve the problem of wear and tear of the traditional material of hydro-generator set. |
