| As an important mechanical part,thrust bearing is widely used in hydrogenerator and other rotary equipment,mainly to bear the axial load of hydraulic turbine unit.In addition,thrust bearing is a key component of hydraulic turbine,and its performance directly affects operation of the turbine.How to improve the stability and reliability of thrust bearings has been widely concerned by scholars at home and abroad.In this paper,we focused on the main performance of disc spring supported circular pad thrust bearing.The stress condition,deformation,temperature field distribution and oil film thickness distribution of circular tilting pad thrust bearing supported by disc spring are in our consideration.Furthermore,we discussed the load-balancing and lubricating properties of disc spring supported circular bearing thrust bearing.First of all,we establish the mathematical model of disc spring supported circular bearing thrust bearing.It mainly consists of Reynolds equation and its boundary condition,energy equation,viscous temperature equation,oil film thickness equation and so on.Secondly,we process the selected disc spring,test,analyze and calculate the stiffness of the processed disc spring,and finally obtain the actual stiffness value of the processed disc spring.At the same time,we analyze the load-sharing performance of disc spring bearing thrust bearing,and give the calculation method.Then,we output the result of the calculation program of the lubrication performance of the circular tile thrust bearing from Matlab three times interpolation and conversion to obtain more accurate pressure field and temperature field,and then input into the ANSYS.With the use of APDL for parametric programming,we establish geometric models,obtain the respectivefigure of Force deformation cloud,heat deformation cloud,force-heat coupling deformation cloud and temperature field cloud The deformation of thrust bearings supported by different disc springs is analyzed.At the same time,we compare and analyze the performance of thrust bearing with the same working condition,same structure size and different supporting forms.Finally,the lubrication performance and load equalizing performance of disc spring bearing circular bearing are tested on 40 T thrust bearing test rig,and the test results are in consistent with the theoretical analysis results.Through the complex of simulation calculation and experimental verification,the average load capacity and lubrication performance of the circular bush thrust bearing are analyzed,and the conclusion is reached that the uniform load bearing performance of the circular bush thrust bearing with the disc spring support and the working performance are s Tab. |
