It is significanced to make the bearing keep good lubrication performance with the rapid development of modern industry.Up to now,the study of fan-shaped tile thrust bearing is mainly concentrated in the lubricant film temperature field,bearing temperature and deformation.Bearing into the oil side temperature which determine the temperature distribution of the oil film,prevent the oil film temperature is too high leading to oil film rupture is an important boundary conditions.However,the influence of mirror carring hot oil is not reported.Therefore,this paper studied the influence of the heat oil carried by mirror plate on the oil temperature of the bearing.According to the hot oil carrying equation,inlet oil temperature is not equal to the tank temperature.This is because the mirror plate from a piece of tile to carry the lubricating oil boundary layer has a certain heat,and then after two watt of lubricating oil,will be with the convective heat transfer,lubricating oil temperature rise and brought into the next tile into the oil side in the rotation movement.In order to facilitate the study to simplify this process,so as to simplify the process of mirror plate carrying the heat make the temperature of lubricating oil between the two plates increasing.This paper start from the oil temperature rise between the two-watt,Analysis of different operating conditions and bearing parameters,the mirror plate carrying hot oil temperature rise and the impact of the law.Based on the theory of heat transfer,hydrodynamics and tribology,the structural model and mathematical model of the fan-shaped tilting-pad thrust bearing mirror plate are established.The temperature field of lubricating oil between two tiles of tilting pad thrust bearing is numerically simulated by using finite element numerical method and Fluent software.Analyzing the heat exchange of the lubricating oil between two-watt and at different conditions of different rotational speed,surface roughness,angle and viscosity.The outer diameter of the circumferential edge is analyzed,the temperature change of the oil side and the upper end surface area mean temperature of the model.The results show that the speed of mirror plate,the surface roughness of the plate,the angle of the tile and the viscosity of the lubricating oil all have certain influence on the temperature field of the lubricating oil.Calculated conditions lead to oil temperature rise 3?to5?.This conclusion provides a reference for determining the oil temperature of fan-shaped thrust bearing.It is help to determine the temperature field of the lubricating oil film,improve the lubrication performance of the bearing and prevent the oil film from cracking.
