The Lanzhou Heavy Ion Accelerator Cooling Storage Ring(HIRFL-CSR)is a large-scale particle experiment device that contains various functions such as acceleration,cooling,accumulation,storage,and high resolution.It includes a variety of detectors,such as the Target zone.Detectors,Start time detectors,Large neutron walls and other detectors,each detector device is placed in a different position in the experiment hall according to the different measurement targets,and the output signal of each detector also has different characteristics,So that the readout electronics system corresponding to each detector uses different design schemes.The Gamma detector is an important part of the Gamma detector in the target area,and it is also the main detector of the HIRFL-CSR external target experiment in this subject.For the Gamma detector,a set of electronic equipment has been used to read it,and it was put into use in 2012,but in the process of use,it was found that the event screening function was lacking in the data processing process,resulting in the detection efficiency of effective events Low,causing serious beam waste and other problems.In view of the problems in the experiment,this article studies the electronics system.A sub-trigger selection system is added to the original trigger selection system to screen valid case information,and deliver the case information that meets the needs of the experiment to the total trigger selection system for final trigger selection.The Ethernet module and the optical fiber module are designed to realize the data communication between the sub-trigger selection system and the host computer and the overall trigger selection system.The user logic module is designed to implement the logic algorithm of the sub-trigger selection system.At the same time,the software of the data acquisition system is upgraded so that the upgraded data acquisition system can work with other parts of the electronics system in the experimental environment.For the sub-trigger selection system and the data acquisition system software,different tools were used to develop appropriate test plans.The test results show that the design of each module can meet the experimental needs.At the end of the paper,the structure and function of the sub-trigger selection system and the data acquisition system are summarized separately,and the situation of the CSR external target experiment is explained,and the future work is prospected.
