| In order to adapt to the requirements of new urbanization,promoting the use of PPP has become a major national initiative.PPP mode is a project operation mode in public infrastructure.Today's PPP has entered the stage of standardization and gradually involves many industry areas.However,in 2017,China's financial environment became tense and the Ministry of Finance issued a notice to regulate the PPP project library,which made the enterprises using the PPP suffer from the pressure of capital,leading to the situation that some enterprises are facing the increased risk of capital chain.Capital chain risk is a part of business risk and financial risk,which involves the survival of enterprises.Therefore,strengthening the research on risk management of capital chain plays an important role in the context of PPP.In view of the typical use of PPP in China's landscape industry,the industry has a large market space,but the industry itself has a large amount of capital demand and a long time of capital turnover.In the complex market environment,the capital problem of the landscape industry is prominent,and the risk of capital chain is increasing,while Orient Landscape is the leading enterprise in the landscape industry.This paper will select Orient Landscape as the research object.First of all,this paper describes the PPP,capital chain risk management related concepts and theoretical basis,as the basis of case analysis.Secondly,based on the general situation of capital chain of landscape industry in China under the background of PPP,this paper summarizes the characteristics of capital chain of landscape industry from the current situation of capital chain of landscape enterprises.Thirdly,describe the capital chain case of Orient Landscape in the context of PPP.Through the introduction of the basic situation of Orient Landscape,it is found that there are pressures in all stages of the capital chain of Orient Landscape in the context of PPP,facing the risk of capital chain.Fourthly,according to the risk management theory,the risk management of the capital chain of Orient Landscape under the background of PPP is carried out.First,the risk of the capital chain of Orient Landscape under the background of PPP is identified.Then,the uncertain factors that cause the risk of the capital chain of Orient Landscape are analyzed from the macro,meso and micro perspectives.The risk and risk influencing factors are evaluated by using AHP,and the capital chain is evaluated.According to the evaluation results,the risk control measures are put forward at each stage.Finally,the conclusions are as follows:(1)to study the risk of capital chain of enterprises in the context of PPP,we must combine the macro level and the meso level risk factors;(2)enterprises should focus on the risk factors of capital chain in the financing stage in the context of PPP;(3)the characteristics of PPP and the capital situation of enterprises should be considered in the development strategy of enterprises;(4)under the background of PPP,enterprises should improve the management level of inventory and accounts receivable.Through the research on the risk management of capital chain under the background of PPP,this paper not only provides reference for the risk management of capital chain of Oriental Landscape,but also provides some reference for other enterprises in the garden industry and enterprises using PPP,which is helpful for enterprises to better understand the risk of capital chain of PPP and improve the level of risk management. |
