Under the background of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",innovation is becoming more and more important for enterprise management.Innovation performance is a kind of performance of enterprise's innovation ability.Studying its influencing factors can promote enterprises to improve their innovation ability.At present,listed companies generally implement equity incentive system,so it is necessary to study the management equity incentive as an influential factor of enterprise innovation performance.This study by using QCA qualitative than analysis method to do case analysis,with multiple concurrent causal path,this method emphasized multiple factors interact with each other,in the form of a combination of the results,which tries to analyze the innovation performance is enhanced,and the combination of the relevant configuration management equity incentive mode,and its analysis results and H company after comparing the existing management equity incentive policy put forward the corresponding suggestion.In H company's current financial situation and management equity incentive,and introduced the present situation and problems of innovation performance,this study selected Shanghai and shenzhen a-share listed 30,the two cities and H company belong to home appliance industry of the enterprise as A sample,and the innovative use of fs-QCA fuzzy qualitative constant ratio analysis,set up five explanatory variables,whether the implementation of stock option,whether to impose respectively restricted stock,whether to impose the stock appreciation rights ownership,management and r&d to total assets ratio,an application for A patent for A result variables can be set up to measure the innovation performance level.Relevant data of 2017 were selected to make the truth table and input the software.Five kinds of combinatorial configurations of explanatory variables were selected from the output results and divided into four categories to analyze their respective characteristics and internal relations.After comparing the current situation of H company with the portfolio configuration of four explanatory variables,two relevant Suggestions are given for selection :(1)to implement restricted stock as the mode of equity incentive for management,and keep the management shareholding at a low level without significant improvement.(2)do not choose the implementation of stock appreciation right as the way of equity incentive for management,keep the low level of management shareholding,do not significantly improve,and improve the intensity of r&d investment.
