Nowadays,China is still in an important period of development,urbanization is gradually accelerating.The rapidly growing cities are bound to produce many contradictions,many cities in our country lack vitality at present.In the development of cities in China,because of the proliferation of motor vehicles,traffic jams,and air pollution.Slow traffic can solve the health problems of cities and people to some extent.How to rationally combine the urban waterfront greenbelt zone and the urban slow-moving system through planning and design to promote the formation of urban vitality is a topic which worth considering,Therefore,this topic has produce from it.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter puts forward the necessity of the design of the urban waterfront slow space vitality,defines the main relevant concepts of the paper,and establishes the content and methods of the paper's research.The second chapter mainly analyzes the domestic and foreign theoretical research foundations.The third chapter analyzes and summarizes the hierarchy of need of slow people,waterfront slow greenbelt planning and design elements,and main influencing factors and main construction principles of planning and design of waterfront slow greenbelt.The fourth chapter is the main conclusion of the paper,this chapter mainly introduces the requirements and methods for the waterfront slow greenbelt space design in the new times through new technologies and methods,proposes corresponding design points for different types of waterfront slow spaces.The fifth chapter is based on relevant research conclusions to carry out the planning and design practice of the waterfront slow zone in the industrial wasteland of the Jiangzhou Shipyard along the Xiachao Lake in Ruichang City,the purpose is to make this deactivated urban industrial wasteland renascence and rekindled the vitality of the surrounding cities.The sixth chapter summarizes and forecasts the main conclusions of the article.This article presents the main conclusions through research:The planning and design of the waterfront slow-moving green belt in the new era should use the new digital analysis software to provide more data support for the design,for example,GIS system,LSV system and the urban heat map can be used for design analysis;The urban waterfront slow-movinggreen belt should meet the ecological design needs of waterfront area,and also should design special activity areas that can meet the needs of different hobby groups,such as jogging areas and intellective children's play areas;In the planning and design of the waterfront green belt,it is necessary to consider injecting economic vitality into the project,such as setting up ticket management attractions and sharing bicycles for a fee;In the waterfront slow-moving green belt system,combining the slow road with the fun track traffic rationally is also an efficient way to achieve “light travel”;The design incorporates the villages and buildings around the urban waterfront green belt into the slow-moving system,which will add more regional cultural vitality to the urban waterfront slow-moving green belt;This paper predicts that the space of waterfront slow-moving green belt will develop to the direction of small but refined,and more intelligentized.The waterfront slow-moving system will integrate more new features to promote the urban vitality.
