In view of the problem that the flexible rotor system will produce transverse vibration and cause the instability of the rotor system under the critical speed due to the effect of the gyroscope,this paper takes the flexible rotor system as the research object,establishes the mathematical model of the rotor dynamic system,and carry out the simulation analysis of the dynamic system mode and the test verification by the finite element method.The rotor system transverse vibration signal is analyzed by the full spectrum plots,and the effective diagnosis of rotor instability fault is realized.There is high academic value in the research on the dynamic characteristics of ship shafting in this paper.First of all,the mathematical modeling process of simple rotor dynamic system is deduced and summarized based on the previous research results of rotor dynamics;the calculation method of each mode is studied with the help of the mathematical model of rotor dynamic system;the Campbell diagram of rotor dynamic system is drawn by using each mode of rotor dynamic system,which can be used to study the critical speed of rotor dynamic system and positive and negative precession.Then,the finite element modeling method of shaft element,disk element and bearing element is studied based on the finite element theory.The finite element modeling program of the flexible rotor power system is compiled based on the MATLAB platform.At the same time,the finite element model analysis program of the flexible rotor power system is developed which can be used for modal analysis and Campbell diagram drawing.Through the experiment on a flexible rotor dynamic experiment table,the experimental results are compared with the results of finite element modeling and simulation,and the function of the program is verified.Finally,how to use full spectrum technology to analyze the cyclotron vibration signal of rotor system is studied.Based on the theoretical basis of full spectrum technology,the characteristics of full spectrum technology are discussed.Taking the fault of oil film induced rotor instability as an example,the fault diagnosis method of rotor system using full spectrum technology is studied and verified by a fault experiment table.The results show that the full spectrum technology can effectively diagnose the rotor instability caused by oil film,and improve the convenience and accuracy of fault diagnosis.
