With the development of scientific and technological progress, the revolving machinery tends more and more complication, the analysis and diagnosis to them are also set more and more high request. But the current analysis and diagnosis method is still paused to the analysis of the rotor system's single section information and organic connections between the rotor's each section are neglected. Therefore, it is unable to describe equipment's whole dynamic information comprehensively, and also it cannot make the precise judgment to the fault. In order to solve this problem, the fusion method of the rotor's two sections' information and it's application in the fault diagnosis are studied in the theory. By this way, a more complete examination can be achieved and a more precise judgment to the fault can be carried.The basic theory of single section information fusion with rotor are researched in this thesis, the numerical algorithm and spectrum illustration are offered , and then the characteristic of Full Vector Spectrum analysis method are explored on the base of analysis to specific example, which is the following research to two-section information fusion.Considering the rotor kinetics theory and Full Vector Spectrum , the numerical algorithm and spectrum illustration for two-section information fusion of rotor are discussed in the thesis. The relationship between two sections is found after research to the fused dimensional vibration of rotor, which is used to analyze partial fault characteristic. Finally, the Full Vector Spectrum together with the initial phase are applied in Rotating Machinery misalignment fault classification. The information fusion of the rotor's two sections provides more effective and more comprehensive information in the overall detection and accurate fault diagnosis of the rotor.Two-section information fusion wavelet packet technology is proposed that it is based on the Full Vector Spectrum technology and the Wave Packet technology. The technology not only plays a wavelet packet analysis of a bit weak frequency components, but also uses two sections information. So it ensures the integrity of the diagnosis information and the results of the analysis can also be directly used in the fault diagnosis of Rotating Machinery. It's an accurate and reliable method in Non- stationary signal processing.The study of the rotor's two-section information fusion reflects the rotor system movement's characteristic more really, uses the information more fully and the diagnosis result is also more accurate reliably. It has a very high theory value and project application value.
