Study On The National Forest City Planning Of Hancheng City Shaanxi Province

With the emergence of many "urban diseases" caused by energy crisis,resource shortage and environmental pollution,forest,as an important carrier to effectively improve urban ecological environment and maintain urban ecological balance,has become an important means to improve the macro ecological environment."Forest city" was first proposed by Canadian professor Rrik jorgensen in 1965.After half a century of development,it has now become a model of urban construction in the 21 st century.Forest cities started late in China,but developed rapidly.With the major strategic deployment of China's ecological civilization and beautiful China,forest cities have entered the strategic level of national development since 2013.Forest city planning is not a simple afforestation planning,and there are significant differences between it and the traditional forestry ecological planning.The so-called forest city construction refers to the protection,restoration and comprehensive management of the natural urban ecosystem based on the needs of ecological civilization construction,attaching importance to the integration of construction concepts and requirements,and combining the theories of ecological civilization,sustainable development,ecology-related theories and the integration of ecological culture.In this paper,forest city construction related literature at home and abroad,books,study,carding the planning theory and method of mature,with Korean city national forest city master plan as the research object,highlight the people-oriented,firmly establish a respect for nature,to keep up with the idea of nature and protect nature according to the characteristics of local natural resources,historical and cultural background,urban development vision and urban and rural residents' demand,clarify planning ideas,highlighting the forest of local urban construction of ecological environment construction,ecological industry,ecological culture mining and development trend of the future city plays a positive role.Through zoning guidance,classified guidance and coordinated development of urban and rural areas,we will give full play to the advantages of various industries and groups to jointly participate in the construction of forest cities.Based on the study of national forest city planning in Hancheng city,the following conclusions are drawn:The first is to highlight the beauty of great green.Through the protection andcultivation of the North China deciduous coniferous and broad-leaved forest belt in the warm temperate zone of the deep mountain area in the northwest,we will strengthen the afforestation of barren mountains,water banks,ecological restoration of mining areas,road greening,town and village greening,constantly improve the forest coverage of urban areas,suburbs,and plains,optimize the spatial layout of forest resources in the whole region,improve the environmental carrying capacity,and achieve the goal of forest development in Hancheng Benefit the people.Second,outstanding forest product advantages,vigorously develop agroforestry,realize the sustainable development of suburban near natural forest,strengthening Chinese prickly ash special economic forest undergrowth,nursery stock flowers industry,economic industries such as forest construction,give full play to a variety of benefits of forest,promote industry rich ability,big green beauty at the same time,realize Seoul forest ecological,economic,social and other benefits of enriching people.Third,on the basis of the protection of culture,history and culture,through the excavation of the ecological and cultural functions of forests and wetlands,the construction of a colorful and diverse carrier of ecological culture,to improve the ecological and cultural quality of the people at the same time to achieve the integration of ancient culture and modern civilization,and truly play the role of forests in rejuvenating the people.Four is according to the different function of rivers and the surrounding landscape characteristics,function orientation,formulate scientific development planning,such as Korean city through the construction of ecological landscape corridor,ecological culture,green green belt and so on the different types of Banks of the river,combined with "the Yellow River into the city " and nine lake ecological projects,constructs the forest ecological network with water dependent and water connected,and improves the urban living environment and ecological culture To provide a platform for the spread of forest for the benefit of the people.
