Wetland is an important land and natural resources,which is known as theworld’s three major ecosystems with forests and oceans. All seasonal orperennial water lots, including marshes, peat lands, wet meadows, lakes,rivers, and flood plains of river deltas, beaches, coral reefs, mangroves,reservoirs, ponds, rice land and low tide water depth in6mthe coastal zone,are parts of wetland areas. It is closely related to human’s survival,reproduction and development. Wetland is the richest biodiversity ecologicallandscape and the most important of human’s living environment.As the sametime,wetland is known as the “kidney of the earth”,because of theirreplaceable role of against floods, regulating runoff, flood storage anddrought prevention, pollution control, climate regulation, soil erosion control,siltation epeirogenic, landscaping and the other system.Urban wetland park is to provide people with the tour, entertainment,leisure services, and scientific research, culture, education and other activities,which is the part based wetland landscape with the ecology, biodiversity andaesthetic value. And it is an important part of national wetland protectionsystem. However, with the accelerated process of urbanization and invasion offoreign culture,China’s urban wetland park landscape show the developmenttrend of characteristics missing,and the planning and designconvergence,which is contrary to the protection of landscape heterogeneity ordiversified.Therefore, the study of urban wetland park landscape features isimminent.South Stream Wetland Park construction project is located the core area of the southern of Changchun City,southern from Yatai Street, Yitong RiverRiverside Road, east to riverbank Road,Linhe Street, south from the SouthBelt Highway, and North to the South Third Ring Road,planning embankmentsRoad. The total land area is about302hectares. the area of Yitong Riverriparian greenbelt and river island in the center covers is about165hectares.The area of102south of State Road green space covers is about79hectares, which is about58hectares in the north side.The southeast sewagetreatment plant located in park, and the Southern District Core CBD in the westside.Yitong River runs through the north and south of South Stream Parkproject, river and South Stream wetlands combined together form the floodcontrol system.The South Stream Wetland Park dedicated to playing the living room ofChangchun city, continuous open landscape,the best image display area andviewing point, Changchun modern service industry core, a business center,leisure and cultural center, tourism contact center, Changchun ecological hub,the purification of the city water system, the green network contact center.Atthat time, South Stream Park will become the lifeline of the protection of urbansafety and health of residents, the landscape line of opening up to the outsideworld and the image of the city, the eco-axis of improving the quality of theurban environment and living standards, the power source of improving theurban functions and promoting continued economic prosperity, setting citysecurity, eco-green, recreation, culture and entertainment, business travel,public events and other functions into one, which is an attractive andcompetitive vitality space with the ecological quality, elegant environment,convenient traffic facilities.In order to make the Nanxi Park construction project have a greaterrealization and operability, the paper analysis the engineering mainly from fouraspects of the feasibility study.The first part consists of the introduction of the first chapter and thesecond chapter of literature review.Introduction section introduces the research background, significance and main research methods.The literaturereview section show the Wetland Park design theory as well as the researchstatus in the domestic and foreign, then introduced the eco-city constructiontheory.The second part is the third chapter and the fourth chapter. First, SouthStream Park project conditions and site detailed was introduced, followed by adetailed analysis of the conditions of the project construction of the SouthStream Park. Through the detailed analysis of the conditions and theimplementation of the project, to pave the way for the main content of the nextchapter projects and specific implementation plan. The fourth chapter of thearticle, introduced the main content of the South Stream Park projectconstruction and engineering solutions.Including greening and landscapedesign, construction and sketches of the design, the design of public servicefacilities, road paving, planting design, wetland water environment, watersupply and drainage system design, electrical lighting design, air conditioningand ventilation.The third part is the fifth chapter of the article, which introduced theecological, economic and social benefits of the project South Stream Park, thefeasibility of the project, and do a simple summary exposition of this chapter.
