| The rapid development of industrialization and urbanization has brought enormous social wealth and greatly improved people’s living standards.However,because of the extensive construction mode and predatory development,it also has caused damages to the urban environment and brought a series of ecological problems.For example,the process of urbanization gradually blocked or hurt the city’s natural hydrological cycle process.With the traditional concept of urban rainwater management,it results in a series of urban water problems,such as the frequent floods,the water environment continues to deteriorate,and the shortage of water,etc.Water is the source of life,it is one of the most important and indispensable material resources for human surviving and developing.Once the water ecology is destroyed,it must seriously affect people’s normal production and living life,while the economic and social sustainable development would be restricted.So the construction of ecological civilization is imminent,and the sponge city is a positive way to solve the problem of urban water ecologies,which is also one of the best explorations during the contemporary ecological civilization construction in China.Under the guidance of the ecological civilization theory,this paper makes the city of Hebi as a case to study the construction of sponge city.It is expected to get a deeper and more comprehensive understanding of the sponge city,and try to figure out some suggestions for the future planning of the city constructions.There are five chapters in all.Chapter One introduces the research background and significance of this paper,summarizes the academic status at home and abroad,specified the theory and methods used in this paper,and points out both the innovation and shortcomings of the paper.Chapter Two focuses on the concept and connotation of the sponge city,explains the urgency of sponge city construction in China at present with ecological civilization theory.In Chapter Three,the necessity and feasibility of constructing sponge city in the city of Hebi are analyzed,it mainly discusses the water crisis faced by the city of Hebi and the background condition of this place for sponge city construction.Chapter Four talks about the practice of sponge city construction in Hebi,and introduces the measures,achievements in Hebi during the sponge city construction.Chapter Five introduces the existed difficulties and constraints,based on the analysis of the existed difficulties and constraints,some countermeasures and suggestions are also listed. |
