| As the skeleton and lifeline,highway is the foundation of a city’s sustainable development and the support force of a society’s steady development.With the acceleration of highway construction process,the demanding of asphalt concrete pavements is gradually increasing.Therefore,relevant market is gradually prosperous.In the recent years,permeable asphalt pavement has gradually entered people’s vision owing to the proposal of "Sponge City".In North Frigid,the performance of permeable asphalt pavement is required to be higher because of the freeze-thaw phenomenon.It is of great significance to make particular studies of the mix proportion,mechanical propertiethes and work out the the permeable asphalt mixture suitable for North Frigid,especially promoting the construction of "Sponge City".Based on the project of Jilin Province Science and Technology Development Plan "Research and Application of Ecological Green Permeable Pavement Materials",We conduct mix proportion design of high viscosity modified permeable asphalt mixture,certaining the optimal mix proportion.Based on the optimal mix proportion,we study the water stability of permeable asphalt mixture.Finally,the feasibility and performance change of replacing coarse aggregate with steel slag and recycled aggregate are studied.The research work of this paper is as follows:1.Mix proportion design of high viscosity permeable asphalt mixture.In this paper,we used basalt fiber which is the dominant material in Northeast China Regin.We designed the mix proportion of permeable asphalt mixture by using the orthogonal test method.The orthogonal design table was maked to consider three factors: gradation,optimum asphalt content and basalt fiber content,each of which seting three different levels.We tested the porosity,effective porosity,dry density,Marshall stability,flow value,Kentucky flying mass loss,low-temperature splitting strength,low-temperature splitting failure load,failure strain,splitting strength,failure stiffness modulus,freeze-thaw splitting tensile strength and splitting tensile strength ratio of permeable asphalt mixture.Three factors are studied about the influence of each performance of asphalt mixture,the optimal gradation,asphalt-aggregate ratio and basalt fiber content.2.According to the final determined mix proportion of permeable asphalt mixture,We prepared the Marshall specimen of permeable asphalt mixture and studyed the water stability of permeable asphalt mixture under freeze-thaw cycle.The permeability asphalt mixture under the freeze-thaw cycle was tested by immersion Marshall test and freeze-thaw split test.Through the ratio of residual stability and residual strength,the influence of three factors,porosity,fiber content and rubber powder content,on the water stability of the prepared high viscosity permeability asphalt mixture was studied under the action of freeze-thaw cycle.At the same time,the permeability coefficient of the three groups of specimens under the freeze-thaw cycle was measured.3.We conducted further study on the performance of mixtures when steel slag and recycled aggregate are used to replace the coarse aggregate of permeable asphalt mixture.We maked 0、5、10、15 and 20 times freeze-thaw cycles of the three mixtures,carrying out Kentucky flying test,low-temperature splitting test,dynamic creep test based on acoustic emission.And analyzed the property decay rule of the three kinds of pervious asphalt mixture,the possibility of steel slag and recycled aggregate used in pervious asphalt mixture. |
