With the development of China's infrastructure construction,a lot of waste concrete will be produced in the process of the demolition and construction of the road,which will seriously affect the ecological environment if it is not used properly.And at present most of the open-air pile up or landfill is adopted for processing,not only negative influence on the regulation of concrete road,along the road at the same time can cause negative effect of the surroundings.The comprehensive utilization of construction waste is an effective way of saving land,save resources,is the development of circular economy and the construction of the important measures for environment friendly and resources-saving society,so to effective recycling of waste concrete has important practical significance.At present,"sponge city"has become a high frequency word in urban development planning.The construction and development of"sponge city"is to solve the urban flood disaster and urban heat island effect problem.Permeable concrete as large pore permeable materials can be widely used in urban streets,parking lots,the pedestrian path and vegetation laid in areas such as,is the realization of"sponge city"planning and one of the important technical means.China's economy and society are developing rapidly,car ownership is increasing rapidly,and air pollution caused by automobile exhaust has aroused people's concern.The main pollutants in the automobile exhaust including carbon monoxide?CO?and hydrocarbons?HC?,nitrogen oxides?NOx?,sulfide,aldehyde and particles,bring about great negative influence to people's health.However,traditional pavement materials do not have the function of decomposing tail gas,so it is urgent to develop a kind of pavement material with the function of purifying atmospheric pollutants.Based on the above three problems,this paper presents a study on the preparation technology of the regenerated aggregated material of the load photocatalyst?TiO2?.The waste concrete was prepared as regenerated aggregates and loaded with photocatalytic materials to prepare the recycled aggregates of the load photocatalytic materials.It also solves the problem of waste concrete treatment,urban flood and automobile exhaust pollution.This article from the macroscopic and microscopic two aspects to the load of photocatalytic materials recycled aggregate porous concrete mechanics,water and light catalytic properties to explore and research,the main research contents and results are as follows:?1?The photocatalytic performance test was performed for the regenerated coarse aggregate of the load photocatalytic materials,and the XRD test method was used to investigate the concentration of the regenerated aggregates with different particle sizes.?2?Orthogonal design load of photocatalytic materials recycled aggregate porous concrete mixture ratio design,selection of four factors three levels orthogonal table,respectively considering water/cement ratio,cement ratio,dosage of fly ash and recycled aggregate replacement rate of four factors three levels change.Move each experimental results with mechanics performance,waterproof performance and light catalytic performance test and analysis,discussion of each level factors affect the performance of the above three,the result of variance analysis,three kinds of performance combination optimal mixture ratio.In this paper,the photocatalytic durability of the regenerated aggregates of the regenerated aggregates was obtained under the action of single environmental factors.?3?The growth of cement hydration products with different curing ages of the regenerated aggregates of load photocatalytic materials was investigated by means of SEM test and hydration heat release heat test.?4?According to the results of TiO2 test,the electronic structure and energy band of TiO2 were simulated by using Material Studio Material analysis software.According to the photocatalytic reaction equation,the adsorption of water molecules by TiO2 was simulated,and the adsorption energy of different crystal surfaces to water molecules was obtained.
