As the clean and renewable energy source,the hydropower plays an important role in the energy structure system of China.With the rapid development of power system,a large number of hydropower stations have been put into use,so that it is very important to ensure the safe and stable operation of hydropower units.The hydroelectric generating unit and its speed control system are the core of hydroelectric generating unit,while it need to conduct the real-time status monitoring and efficient fault diagnosis that in the process of its operation.The main task of this system is to carry out the data collection and data processing on the key parameters for the speed governing system of hydraulic turbine,which can obtain the real-time state of the speed governing system,so that it can realize the function of state monitoring and fault diagnosis.Combining with the requirements of system simulation,it aims at the characteristics and important parameters of the speed regulation system for the hydraulic turbine units in this paper,the detailed functional requirements analysis has been carried out,while the analog signals,frequency signals and switch signals acquisition and output function modules has been designed.The system uses the TMS320F28335 digital signal processor as the core processor,which has designed the hardware circuits of DSP processor peripheral circuit,debug interface circuit and external SRAM interface circuit.The EP4CE6E22C8 N of FPGA device has been used as the system auxiliary processor to expand I/O interface of the system.According to the signal acquisition theory and the requirement of system accuracy,the analog-to-digital conversion(ADC)module and digital-to-analog conversion(DAC)module has carried out reasonable chip selection,while the corresponding conditioning circuit has been designed.According to the structure characteristics of hardware circuit and the specific requirements for the implementation of DSP program engineering,while the software programs of each functional module has been developed.The data interaction between this system and the host computer has adopted the Gigabit Ethernet communication technology.The system has realized the data transmission in the data link layer by using the MAC chip of AX88180 and PHY chip of RTL8211 E,while the extremely small protocol stack of UIP has been used as the TCP/IP protocol stack to standardize the network connection between the network layer and the transmission layer,so that it has realized the high speed and stable data communication.The designed system has been tested completely,while the test data has been analyzed according to the system requirements.The test results show that the function of each module in the system is correct,while the acquisition speed and accuracy meet the requirements of the system,which can be used for the state detection and fault diagnosis tasks of many systems including the speed control system for the hydraulic turbine units.
