| The great contrast in the by-handed produced mosaic products to their great market demands makes it necessary to develop automatic equipments of mosaic products.This thesis originates from such a background and aims at developing a automatic paving machine that can automatically pave a colorful pattern.This thesis first makes an analysis on the problems that exist in current design,and then put forwards a new design based on the analysis.The new design concerns with the machine’s machinery body and its control system.The machinery body includes a feeding structure,a blanking structure and a laying device;the control system main ly consists of circuits such as mosaic color-identifying circuit,surface-detecting circuit,grain-counting circuit and particle paving circuit.In order to ensure the reliability of the design,analyses are made on both the machinery parts and the circuit s.The key machinery part,the feeder,is analyzed in term of modal analysis and harmonic response analysis by means of ANSYS based on Solidworks modeling.Numerical simulations are performed and the results prove that the design can meet the needs of applicable demands.By setting up the state equations of the designed circuits,analysis is also performed via the first Lyapunov law and simulations with MATLAB are done to test the stability of circuits.The results show that the control system is stable.The thesis is innovative in using two-axis CNC platform to tile mosaic owing to the design is different from the traditional designs of using robots and sucker because the later ones are complex and of high costs. |
