In view of the large labor and time cost of the whole floor tile paving project in the process of cement slurry mixing and coating,as well as the technical indicators such as hollowing rate in the process of purely manual paving,which are greatly influenced by the experience of the construction personnel,this paper designs a floor tile automatic coating machine,which can continuously complete the two processes of cement slurry mixing and coating in the process of floor tile paving The main research contents are as follows:(1)According to the analysis of tile paving process,the whole scheme of automatic tile applicator is determined,the structural parameters of key components are analyzed and calculated,and the 3D model of the whole machine is established by inventor.(2)Based on LS-DYNA,the modal analysis of key components was carried out.It was found that the main mode closest to the vibration source frequency was the first main mode of the mixing component,and the maximum displacement occurred at the top of the blade,which was 0.239 mm.However,compared with the blade itself,the thickness of 12 mm was smaller,which would not affect the working performance of the key components.The structure design of the mixing component was reasonable.(3)Taking hollowing rate as index,coating thickness,mixing speed and water cement ratio as influencing factors,the performance test of automatic floor tile applicator was carried out by quadratic regression orthogonal combination design method.The results show that the primary and secondary factors affecting the hollowing rate are the coating thickness,water cement ratio and stirring speed,in which the hollowing rate decreases with the increase of the coating thickness;the influence decreases with the increase of the coating thickness;the hollowing rate first decreases and then increases with the increase of water cement ratio;the hollowing rate decreases with the increase of stirring speed.Based on MATLAB,the regression equation is optimized.When the coating thickness is 6.9mm,the stirring speed is 34.7r/min,and the water cement ratio is 0.33,the hollowing rate is the lowest,which is 0.13%.
