As an emerging industry in China in recent years,the development of new energy vehicles is seriously lagging behind,especially in the diagnosis and maintenance of a huge talent gap.The main reasons for this gap include the lack of a complete curriculum for vocational education in new energy vehicles,the lack of high-quality teaching materials and equipment on the market,the lack of experience in the construction of training rooms or laboratories for related professions,and the insufficient training of vocational teachers in related professions in universities.Relying on the 1+X certificate system cultivation model in China's vocational education reform,this study explores the theoretical research and development of teaching resources for intelligent new energy vehicle repair-related vocational education,and explores the application of its practical teaching in secondary schools,in the hope of helping to fill the huge talent gap in China's intelligent new energy vehicle diagnosis and repair,and improve the overall human resources strength of the automotive industry.The study analyzed the teaching research and practice patterns and experiences in the field of vocational education at home and abroad and the results of the development of teaching resources,combined with the experience of the development of teaching resources,analyzed the principles and concepts of the development of teaching resources for the cultivation of the 1+X system,and standardized the guiding theories and ideas of teaching resources for the application and maintenance of 1+X intelligent new energy vehicles for secondary vocational education.Next,we analyzed and investigated the basic working principle of power battery,explained the common failure forms and their diagnostic processes,designed the basic structure of power battery dismantling and diagnostic training platform for new energy vehicles,developed its simulated electrical system,teaching assessment system and safety protection measures,and completed the development of the main resources for practical training.Subsequently,based on the completed core teaching equipment,the study continued to develop peripheral teaching soft resources,including manuals,virtual reality content and Internet platform,and basically completed a more complete teaching resource system.Finally,exploring the use of designed pedagogical resources to organize practical training courses around the idea of competencybased systems in the 1+X model.The practical course ideas of specific modules were studied with specific examples,and according to the teaching equipment and soft resources,the practical work orders and assessment marking templates of the module were designed to guide the practical application of the results of teaching resources development.
