Research On Environmental Design Of Community Public Space From The Perspective Of Urban Renewal

The continuous growth of economic indicators leads to the continuous expansion of urban construction scale,and the original urban spatial pattern has undergone earth-shaking changes.As the main element to show the city image,the public space of urban community has a series of problems such as the decline of structural function and the aging of facilities,resulting in the lack of vitality in the community,the indifference of neighbors,the lack of community culture and other social problems,which seriously affect the urban development and residents' life.The rapid development of cities will naturally be accompanied by urban renewal,which will also react to urban construction,such as formulating urban policies,developing urban theories and implementing urban practices.The urban renewal discussed in this paper is different from the previous renewal method of overturning and rebuilding,but on the original basis,the environmental design of community public space is carried out by means of simple and easy operation.The main line of the whole article is to put forward the problem,the basic theory definition,the analysis of the problem to the solution of the train of thought to write in series.Under certain theoretical support,different groups were investigated,and representative communities in changchun were selected to visit and investigate,so as to get insight into practical problems.Combined with relevant cases,this paper explores the design strategy of community public space from the perspective of urban renewal from the perspective of the principles and implementation paths of community public space environment renewal,and finally tries to give specific strategies and Suggestions.There are five chapters in the whole article.The first chapter is introduction.On the basis of clarifying the background,purpose and significance of community public space from the perspective of urban renewal,it summarizes the status quo at home and abroad,and puts forward related questions,so as to clarify the research content and ideas and methods,and draw a paper framework.The second chapter discusses the concept of urban renewal and community public space theory.After searching and reviewing the papers,the concepts,methods and types of urban renewal,and the conceptual elements of community and space are combed to further explain the relationship between urban renewal and community public space.Attribute relationship.The third chapter is investigation andanalysis,investigating the relevant groups,conducting investigations on the more typical communities in Changchun,and sorting out and analyzing the problems in terms of material and human environment.Chapters 4 and 5 are combined with cases under the support of theory and practice to summarize the updated principles,approaches and methods,and summarize specific strategies and recommendations.
