| In the process of intelligent substation construction,the problems such as frequent changes in substation files and difficult version control are also highlighted in installation,commissioning,project transformation and expansion.In the face of this situation,it is necessary to strengthen the exploration of intelligent substation document control,so as to ensure the safe and stable operation of substations by solving practical problems.Based on this understanding,this paper on the basis of collecting and organizing the relevant literature,the combination of IEC61850 standard series and intelligent substation documents production process,control for intelligent substation SCD(Substation Configuration Description)file is confirmed,find intelligent substation adopts control layer,spacer layer and process layer consisting of logical structure,application GOOSE,SV service communication,etc.SCD,the core configuration file of substation,is modeled by XML language,which needs to be detected according to the IEC61850 communication protocol and realize virtual terminal connection after networking.Therefore,physical control scheme and virtual control scheme are respectively adopted in the aspect of file management and control mode for the decoupling of file information and the physical modularization of functional parts.After comparing different file management and control modes,it is proposed to design an intelligent substation file management and control system to realize file visualization and strengthen file version management.In combination with personnel authority and file version,the verification management can be strengthened to realize intelligent management of file changes and strengthen process information control.By enhancing the readability of documents through visual management and establishing a complete control system to realize the whole process management of SCD files,the level of file control can be improved.Based on document control thought clear,designed by the visualization module,compare module,control module,user management module,document control system consisting of SCD file parsing module,the file parsing algorithm,can be compared to the algorithm and strategy generation algorithm for SCD file visualization system,the realization of the function of the inspection,repair and maintenance than,hierarchical analytical SCD file,and in the form of graphics or list,according to strengthen the file and site configuration,comparing the differences between information combined with contrast changes to the configuration information to automatically generate maintenance strategy,through access authentication to realize closed loop control,process monitoring control implement SCD file.Expert database and database are adopted to provide data support for system function implementation.Finally,an empirical analysis of control scheme combining with the case,and the system function is verified,found that the system can help staff to grasp of the application of substation virtual terminal structure change,ensure the SCD file is consistent with the field device configuration information updates,and is not affected by the impact of user error operation,able to substation commissioning,operations and other work. |
