In recent years,the State Grid Corporation of my country has attached great importance to the development of smart grids.It has promoted the establishment of smart power station experimental pilots in various regions of our country,and achieved considerable results.However,the development direction of my country’s smart grid needs to be continuously adjusted and innovated according to the actual market demand and the national energy development strategy.The main research direction is how to improve the independent performance and efficiency of substation equipment,and produce new smart devices.To develop a new generation of smart substations.This article first briefly describes the design of the primary part of the substation,analyzes the carrying capacity and load situation of the regional power grid,and carries out a load forecast for the power supply area to which it belongs for nearly ten years,and confirms the necessity of substation construction.Analyze the influence of the substation into the power grid by the power flow calculation.Then,the short-circuit current was calculated,and the electrical equipment selection and inspection were completed according to the calculation results,and the wiring method was clarified.For the second part,firstly,the "three-layer and two-network" network structure of the smart substation is described,and the characteristics of the internal network structure of the smart substation are clarified.Secondly,it analyzes the main transformer,110 k V,35 k V and 10 k V of the station,the measurement and control device of public equipment,and conducts reasonable calculation and planning for its protection and equipment configuration.On this basis,the internal structure of the SV/GOOSE network is designed.In addition,the parameter calculation and design of the station-use AC-DC integrated system are also carried out,and the fault recording device,remote control device,the optical fiber differential protection transformation of the opposite substation and the network analysis device are briefly analyzed and designed.This design puts forward the concept of secondary system visualization.This article takes the secondary system of a 110 k V smart substation as the research object,describes the structure and characteristics of the secondary system of the smart substation,analyzes the related problems of the secondary circuit in the daily operation and maintenance process,and explains the necessity of secondary circuit visualization.sex.The main function and visualization process of the visualization tool are briefly described,and the 110 k V smart substation in the text is used as the application carrier of the tool software to display the secondary circuit and virtual terminals of the SCD file in a visualized graph,including logical link diagrams,GOOSE sending,GOOSE receiving,SV sending,SV receiving.Combined with the actual project,it shows the configuration process and interpretation method of the SCD file.The visual logic diagram of the virtual terminal is derived from the SCD file,and the technician can intuitively view the logic and connection of the secondary "virtual circuit" of the substation.Finally,in the form of pictures,the actual construction results of the secondary system of the substation are visually displayed.
