Colleges and universities are not only the gathering place for high-level talents but also an important unit for energy consumption.Energy-saving reconstruction of university heating systems has got widespread attention in society.In view of the problems of low boiler operation efficiency,low pipe network transmission efficiency,and water maladjustment in the heating system of colleges and universities in China,the Internet of Things(IoT)technology was applied to the energy-saving renovation of university heating systems to achieve integration of monitor,management and control,so as to accurately control the rational use of energy and achieve energy-saving purposes.Aiming at the main problems existing in the heating system of colleges and universities in our country at present,this paper puts forward a solution to the main problems of heating system in Colleges and universities.Taking a college in Tongchuan as an example,this paper determines the suitable energy saving transformation scheme for the problems existing in the school,and carries out the energy saving design renovation of the heating system based on the IoT technologies.From the aspects of energy saving,economic,environmental and heating quality,the operation effect of the heating system is compared and analyzed.After this energy saving renovation,the energy consumption of heating system in the heating season is significantly reduced and the heating quality is higher,not only saving energy but also achieving the win-win of economic and environmental benefits.According to the distribution characteristics of the heating building in a college in Tongchuan,the heating network is divided,and the intelligent monitoring platform of the heating system is constructed by using the IoT technologies.The time division zoning controller and the climate compensation controller are used as network nodes,which are set up to realize the remote monitoring of the heating system through the interaction of Internet and remote control center.Through the consulting of literature and expert consultation,this paper constructed the assessment system of energy saving renovation based on the IoT technologies of the heating system in Colleges and universities.The theoretical methods used are the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the linear synthesis method and the success degree method.5 first grade evaluation indexes and 15 second grade evaluation indexes are selected,which reflected the characteristics of the project.The assessment system was used to evaluate the heating renovation project of the college in Tongchuan,the result of the evaluation is A(success),which shows that the project is successful,and the feasibility of the evaluation system is also verified.The assessment system is universal,and it is expected to have some reference value and practical significance for similar reconstruction projects in the future.
