As the competition in the manufacturing industry becomes more and more motivated,the living environment of various types of enterprises in our country is also getting worse.In this environment,how to improve the competitiveness of enterprises and the efficiency of enterprises has become an urgent problem.The level of supplier quality management has a huge impact on the quality level of an enterprise's products.A good level of supplier management can improve the competitiveness of an enterprise.Therefore,how to improve the level of supplier quality management is one of the key issues facing enterprises.This article selects the R company's spraying supplier as the main research object.First,it analyzes the current status of the quality control of the spraying supplier from the aspects of audit,management,and evaluation,finds the main problems,and proposes the possibility of improvement;Secondly,starting from the control process of supplier quality management,PFMEA and 8D are introduced into their management control procedures to find bottleneck problems of spraying suppliers.The combination of ex-ante prevention control and PDCA cycle ideas continuously improves the quality management level of suppliers to improve the quality level of products provided by spraying suppliers.In addition,the issue of the positive and negative incentive balance of the spraying supplier is also raised,and related incentive measures are proposed to improve the status quo.Finally,starting from the evaluation system of the spraying supplier,reset the evaluation index based on the results of the PFMEA,and then quantify the qualitative indicators.Finally,use the entropy weight TOPSIS method to scientifically and reasonably evaluate the quality management level of the spraying supplier.When spraying suppliers are evaluated,they are evaluated separately according to the first-level indicators,which helps the company understand the strengths and weaknesses of each spraying supplier and can help the company make the necessary decisions.Finally,according to the current status of the spraying supplier,evaluate the quality management level of the spraying supplier in a scientific and reasonable order.The research and analysis of this article is based on the current status of the quality management of the spraying supplier of R Company,hoping to help it improve the quality management level of the spraying supplier.
