The Performance Evaluation Of Working Capital Management Based On Channel Management

With the deepening of the study of working capital management in recent years,many researchers add supply chain management,channel management and client-supplier management into the discovery of working capital management which lead to the innovation of content of the theory of working capital and management mode.With the guidance of the new theories,working capital management and performance evaluation research change administrative evaluation from single-factor evaluation to all channel links.Such research method is much comprehensively evaluating the level of working capital management from procurement,production and market channels.This paper is based on channel management,taking the new concept of working capital management as the starting point,take the strategic management as a general goal and adopts Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to bestow weighing and offering new ideas on the research of working capital management performance evaluation.This paper applies document analysis method,normative analysis and case analyzing the research status of working capital performance evaluation at home and abroad and laying the foundation for the next discussion.Then focus on how to evaluate working capital management level under cost leadership strategy and differentiation strategy taking client management,channel management and supply chain management theories as the starting point,based on working capital,combining competitive strategy objective and working capital management objective,designing the indicator system of working capital management performance evaluation based on channel management from profitability,mobility and harmony.In the last,the paper use AHP giving weights for each evaluation index aiming at different standards of different strategies and analyzing enterprises of different strategic types.
