As an important part of modern air defense weapon system,antiaircraft gun is mainly used to attack air targets such as planes,helicopters and aircrafts.With the increase of target maneuverability and the air defense needs of ground armored units,the firing effectiveness in marching fire has become an important indicator of evaluating self-propelled gun’s combat capability.The vehicle body attitude disturbance caused by the road surface spectrum is the main error source of fire during marching,which directly affects the firing effectiveness of the self-propelled gun.In this paper,the wheeled self-propelled gun is taken as an example.From the interference excitation generated by the road spectrum through the attitude vibration of the vehicle body producing a firing error on the stable servo system,the influence of the road spectrum on the firing effectiveness of the self-propelled antiaircraft gun is analyzed.The index of firing effectiveness and ways to improve the fire kill probability are put forward.Firstly,based on harmonic superposition method and white noise method,the mathematical model of road spectrum is set up,the national standard of eight road spectrum is simulated.The simulation results show that the road spectrum simulated by white noise method is closer to the actual road.Secondly,the pitching attitude vibration model of the antiaircraft gun body is established,and the road spectrum is used as the input signal of the model to analyze the pitching attitude change of the body.Then,the dynamic model of the stable servo platform is established,the controller is designed to ensure the dynamic characteristics of the system,and the transfer function of the vehicle body interference’s input-output model is obtained equivalently.The vehicle body pitch rate signal generated by the road spectrum is taken as the input of the equivalent model to gain servo following error signal.The servo following error generated by the road spectrum at different grades and speeds is simulated by SIMULINK,and the distribution characteristics and correlation of the error are analyzed.Finally,based on the analysis of the servo following error characteristics mentioned above,the fire kill probability under different road spectrums are calculated,and some suggestions for improving the firing effectiveness are given.This subject is based on the basic gun theory,and its results have a certain reference for the study of the impact of road grades and driving speed on the fire accuracy of self-propelled gun during the period of marching fire.
