The stable platform can isolate the disturbance of carrier, measure the angle changes of the platform continuously and always maintain accurate dynamic angle reference. The devices which are installed on the stable platform can quickly and accurately aim and track the targets, so it is widely used in industrial fields and various countries also take the stable platform as a hotspot to study deeply. The platform realizes the control work using two motors, adjusts the balance of pitch axis and roll axis to make the equipment installed on the upper frame of the carrier maintain horizontal. The main contents of this article are as follows:In this paper, using the STM32F103VBT6chip as the central control of the stable platform servo system, it has designed the hardware circuit of the control system and the mechanical design of the structures of the stable platform. The research contents are as follows:Firstly, the overall scheme of the two-axis stabilized platform system of carrier is analyzed, according to relevant design requirements, the structure design is completed. Based on above, the servo control system structure is designed. In addition, the selecting rules of the servo control system are discussed about hardware, and components are fixed at last. Secondly, discussed the mechanical design of the structures of the stable platform, on which the servo control system structure design is based, selected motors according to the control requirements and determined the overall scheme of the stabilized platform system hardware control circuit, and this solution including three module:First, main control module; second, motor drive module. last, Power Conversion module. The stepping motor driving circuit angle measuring circuit and the MCU control circuit compose the whole control circuit system to realize the circuit controlling function of system. Finally, Test result of static and dynamic. Test shows that the two-axis stable platform can satisfy all demands instability and dynamic Performance. It can isolate the carrier movement and keep object stable.
