During the urbanization construction,once a building accident occurs when the building is in construction,it will not only cause huge economic losses,but also seriously threaten people's lives.With the increasing application of the Internet of Things,it is possible to keep the construction and use of buildings safe by collecting and analyzing relevant data such as stress and strain of building structures.This thesis designs and implements a stress-strain acquisition system based on narrow-band Internet of Things,which supports sensors' automatic acquisition and free expansion.It also solves the problem of remote real-time monitoring.The main research contents are as follows.Firstly,three different types of sensors are selected to implement the acquisition module,and the low-frequency sweep excitation method of the vibrating wire sensor is improved,so that the sweep time can be optimized.Secondly,the internal communication of the acquisition system is improved to make the system extensible.Sensor acquisition modules are connected to the sensor collection module through the SPI bus,then the communication between collection modules and center modules is realized by 433 MHz wireless module.Thirdly,the application of narrow-band Internet of Things to the field of building structural stress and strain monitoring further improves the stability of the system.Fourthly,the application server software is based on Browser/Server architecture,which makes people able to view the corresponding data of the building structure through the browser in order to realize real-time monitoring.Finally,the function of the stress-strain acquisition system is tested.According to the test results,the data upload error of center module is less than 1%,and the data upload delay is less than 1s.In conclusion,the system can meet the needs of actual construction projects,which can play an important role in ensuring the safety of construction and operation of the building.
