As an important part of urban comprehensive transportation system,bikesharing system has many advantages,such as green,energy saving,environmental protection,economical and convenient.In recent years,it has been vigorously supported and promoted by many cities.However,there are still some problems in the development process,such as disorderly parking,unbalanced supply and demand,and arbitrary occupation of automatic lanes.Based on the analysis of the formation mechanism of bikesharing demand and the calculation of the capacity of bikesharing transportation facilities,this paper combined multi-source data,and studied the calculation method of optimal bikesharing delivery volume based on traffic zone.Firstly,the structure and characteristics of bikesharing travel data,traffic zone data,land use data,socio-economic attribute and urban environment data are analyzed.Data mining and data fusion methods are used to fuse multi-source data using GIS platform.According to the information of bikesharing’s using duration,using time and its usage in in traffic zones,the time and spatial dimensions of bikesharing’s using characteristics are analyzed.Secondly,according to the bikesharing’s travel destination and travel time,five travel purposes are identified: home,transportation integration,work and school,leisure and entertainment,and other.The relative error of the result of travel purpose identification is 7.74%.Extracting land use information,urban environment information and socio-economic attribute information as potential influencing factors of bikesharing demand in traffic zones,using spatio-temporal geographic weighted regression model and taking traffic zone as a unit for different travel purposes,this paper studied the impact of various factors on bikesharing travel demand,revealed the mechanism of bikesharing passenger flow,and predicted bikesharing demand.Then,according to the factors such as road space-time resources,bicycle space-time consumption and the impact of electric bicycle on bicycle,a method for measuring the capacity of bikesharing road network based on traffic zones was constructed.According to the data of bikesharing parking location data,non-motor vehicle parking area location data and shared bicycle parking turnover rate,the capacity measurement method of shared bicycle parking facilities is formed.Taking Nanjing as an example,the capacity of bikesharing transportation facilities was measured and the load ratio of capacity of bikesharing transportation facilities was analyzed.Finally,considering the cost of bikesharing users’ travel cost,vehicle input cost and scheduling workload cost,an optimization model of bikesharing delivery volume based on traffic zones was established under the restrictive conditions of the demand for bikesharing in the study area and the capacity of bikesharing transportation facilities in the traffic zones.The calculated amount of bikesharing delivery volume could significantly improve the load ratio of capacity of bikesharing transportation facilities to no more than 1.0,and the calculated results were reasonable and effective.
