Under the guidance of China's development plan and relevant policies,prefabricated building has become an inevitable trend in the future development of the construction industry.The composite horizontal members,which are widely used and comprehensively studied,are mainly suitable for structures with small span and vertical load,but the processes of slab side reinforcement and post pouring wet joint hinder the transition from assembly building to industrial production.The Double-Tee combined with the mechanical properties of beam and slab can meet the requirements of larger span and load,and has a broader application scenario.However,in the past,the research mainly focused on the static test and calculation analysis of the component itself,but rarely reported on the overall structure.At the same time,the types and application scope of the components covered by the relevant domestic atlas are still limited,and the design basis and optimization suggestions of DoubleTee under the frame structure system are still lacking for the deepening designers.Therefore,it is necessary to study the integrity of Double-Tee structure system under the action of horizontal force.Firstly,the research progress and application status of laminated horizontal components and Double-Tee components are systematically reviewed in this paper,and their respective characteristics and application scenarios are compared.Secondly,the large finite element software SAP2000 was used to create five finite element models of cast-in-place floor frame structure,double T plate frame structure,and double T plate frame structure with integral casting surface layer for modal analysis and elastic time history analysis,as well as the integral analysis of frame beam,double T plate components and integral casting surface layer under the action of load.Based on the comparison results and analysis data,some Suggestions are put forward to improve the assembly structure system and the component design.The research results show that:(1)the Double-Tee frame structure has a long period of natural vibration and poor integrity,and the high-order vibration mode is prone to local irregular vibration.It is necessary to adjust the beam column size and increase local constraints to make the mode mass participation coefficient meet the requirements of the code.(2)Adding cast-in-place concrete layer can effectively reduce the difference of period,storey displacement and frame beam displacement,improve the distribution of horizontal shear and bending moment of the frame,but if the pouring surface is too large,it will increase the floor shear and floor displacement.The results show that the 60 mm cast-in-place concrete layer is more economical.(3)The stress distribution of Double-Tee surface is affected by the structural plane stiffness,component placement direction,plate side connecting components and other factors.The stress distribution can be improved by adding cast-in-place concrete layer.However,the tension stress concentration is easy to occur at the plate angle,the top of the w cast-in-place concrete layer at the beam end and other positions.It is necessary to take measures such as setting the cross joint structural reinforcement at the corresponding position,checking the arc chamfering,and increasing the length of rib beam.Finally,based on the analysis results of 5 groups of models,this paper makes some prospects for the application and research of double T plate members and their structural system.
