At present,China's energy supply from coal is up to 70%.Overdependence on the energy structure of fossil fuels has caused great negative economic,environmental and social impacts.A large number of coal combustion,transportation and exploitation have caused great damage to the environment of our country,and vigorously developing and utilizing renewable energy is the inevitable choice to ensure the safety and sustainable development of energy supply in our country.According to the forecast of the Chinese Academy of Electric Power Sciences,China's electricity supply gap is about 37 GW in2010 and 102 GW in 2020.According to the current economic development trend and China's resource situation,the traditional coal,water and nuclear power supply in 2010 and2020 is not enough,and the gap can only be filled by renewable energy power generation.The use of photovoltaic power generation as a strategic alternative energy technology,and this technology has been proved to be practical.In recent years,the state has given a lot of support policies in vigorously developing new energy,developing photovoltaic power generation,promoting the importance of energy saving and emission reduction,and greatly promoting the development of photovoltaic industry.According to the national renewable energy development plans,the composite growth rate of photovoltaic industry will remain at 25% in 2010-2040,which can be predicted to last more than 40 years.The implementation of renewable energy law and supporting policy support will usher in a new development opportunity for China's photovoltaic industry.Based on the in-depth analysis of regional power supply and demand balance,combined with the near and long term grid planning,this paper puts forward the voltage level and operation mode of the access system,and puts forward the site selection Suggestions through the demonstration of hydrology and geomorphology.According to the distance of power grid substation and path reservation,the access assumption and line direction are put forward.On the premise of ensuring the optimal operation mode of the power grid,the optimal scheme of system access is verified by calculating the actual load in this area,and combining with the power demand,load analysis and related power supply planning.Secondly,based on the calculation of power flow in the power supply area of hinggan league,the primary equipment selection and connection form are determinedaccording to the situation of the access point grid.Carry out short-circuit current calculation and determine the reliability of access system;And carry out relay protection device configuration according to the actual situation,put forward dispatching automation program,remote function,communication program design.The project will meet the power generation demand of Xinhui Photovoltaic Power Station on the basis of safe operation of power grid.
