Some long time operation of the aging of the insulation of the old cable exactly how, when the need to replace the problem to be solved, and the conventional pre test methods can not be the evaluation of these issues.This article, through the study and absorbs the domestic and foreign management experience, improving the working mode of the traditional operation and maintenance management, using a variety of cable detection technology, carry out the equipment state detection of cable, including cable body temperature, load, then current, partial discharge, and cable laying environment of various parameters, and gradually formed a a powerful set of operation and maintenance management system, and to assess the state of the existing equipment. Using the operation and maintenance management system, we can find the hidden trouble of the cable in the operation in time, and reduce the occurrence of the accident.Using state detection or monitoring of the obtained data, the operation of the cable to carry out a comprehensive assessment, to provide decision-making reference for the asset management. Comprehensive view, this application can promote planned maintenance to condition based maintenance, reduce outage frequency and power outage caused economic losses, improve the power grid reliability, especially for high voltage grid main cable system, conducive to the security, stability and economic operation of the whole system. |
