Research On Monitoring Scheduling And Mmanagement System Of Lifting And Transferring Parking Equipment

With the development of the economy, the number of cars dramatically increased in recent years.The problem of parking difficult appeared in many domestic cities. The efficiency of managementsystem and space utilization of traditional plane parking lot can’t meet the actual demand. Developingautomated garage and intelligent management system which is suitable for Chinese nationalconditions is the effective way to solve the parking problem.First, this paper analyzed the vehicle access process and the functional requirements of garage,and generally designed the lifting and transferring parking equipment and its management system.With industrial computer and PLC controller as the node, using field bus network formed themonitoring management network which has one main network and multiple secondary network.Secondly, with non-contact IC card as system management medium, it analyzed the needs of hardwareequipment of parking lot, and designed the node distribution of PLC controller and parking scheduler.Then, using configuration software designed the monitoring subsystem of parking condition, and putforward a search algorithm based on neighborhood according to the state of parking spaces. Finally,using digital image processing technology, it studied the license plate location and characterrecognition technology.It focused on the non-contact IC card technology, automatic control technology, the field bustechnology, image processing technology, sensor technology, computer technology, andelectromechanical integration technology in the lifting and transferring parking equipment and itsmanagement system. With the computer as control platform, it use the equipment which included PLCcontroller, photoelectric sensor, the single chip microcomputer control, display screen, camera,operation panel, automatic card machine, card reader and so on to realize the function of intelligentmanagement.This design can be used in the small or medium-sized lifting and transferring parking equipmentwhich has three layers. It also has reference significance to the improvement of plane parking lot andtraditional management parking lot.
