Study On Government Management Of Huai’an Driving Industry

In recent years,the number of cars in Huai’an City increases rapidly,which maken driving school develop rapidly.In the past five years,the number of driving schools in Huai’an has increased by an average of 18.5% per year.Till 2019,there were 140 driving schools in Huai’an,260 thousand people can be trained in one year,and nearly 6000 jobs in the driving training industry,the output value can reach 500 million yuan.The rapid development of the driving training industry has also played a positive role in promoting the social economy of Huai’an City.However,there are also many problems in the driving training industry in Huai’an City,such as:the industry training fees are not standardized,the examination supervision is not in place,the continuous growth of the number of driving schools leads to overcapacity,lack of service awareness,and lack of cognition of learning.The main reasons are the lack of coordination and communication between the driving industry management departments,and the sharing of training and examination information system is not perfect,the driving test mechanism is not perfect,the driving training industry exit mechanism is not perfect,the industry integrity system construction is missing,and the safety and civilized driving education is lacking.In order to solve the above problems,it is urgent for the government to give full play to the industry management functions,and further improve the management policies and systems to guide driving training industry develop healthy and orderly.First,it introduces the basic concepts related to the driving training industry,and expounds some basic management theories related to the driving training industry management;through a brief introduction of the development of the driving training industry,it makes readers understand the development process of the driving training industry in China and Huai’an City;Furthermore,the paper objectively describes and analyzes the current situation,existing problems and the causes of these problems in the government management of Huaian driving training industry.Summarize the government management experience of domestic and foreign driving training industry and combine it with the actual situation of government management of driving training industry in Huai’an City,Some suggestions are put forward,such as improving the coordination and supervision mechanism of multiple departments,establishing the assessment and evaluation mechanism,optimizing the examination content,perfecting the withdrawal mechanism of the industry and strengthening the application of Internet of things technology,It provides decision-making reference for driving training industry reform,transformation and upgrading in Huai’an City.
