Research On Process Reengineering Of Water Conservancy Project Of Xingyu Company

Project management is a systematic management activity of plans,organizes,controls and coordinates in the whole process of project construction according to objective economic laws.The project process management d etermines the management level of the project,which has an important impact on the work efficiency and overall operating ability of the company team.Therefore,the current project process management research is a serious subject worth studying for all companies.Taking Xingyu Company's water Conservancy project as the research object,this paper aims to improve the working efficiency of Xingyu C ompany's water conservancy project and solve the current problems of Xingyu Company.Firstly,based on the relevant theory of project flow management,this paper summarizes the previous research results and expounds the theoretical basis of this paper.Secondly,this paper finds out that there are some problems in the project management of Xingyu Company: employees do not fully understand the project management process;There is a big deviation between the project plan and the actual situation;Project implementation progress control is not in place;The delay in acceptance of the project is serious;The employee's motivation from the project performance assessment is not strong.Thirdly,based on the actual situation of Xingyu Company,this paper puts forward the optimization plan: the selection and management of the project team is optimized at the decision-making stage of the project establishment,and the requirements of the work transfer,demand investigation,and project planning are emphasized.During the project implementation stage,detailed adjustments were made in the project plan disclosure,the implementat ion of work responsibilities,the project change process,the project communication coordination channel,and the project procurement process.In the project acceptance stage,the emphasis is on improving the project evaluation method to enhance the fairne ss of the assessment and the system's motivation to employees.Finally,this paper expounds the implementation steps of the process optimization program,and guarantees the smooth implementation of the program from the four aspects of manpower,finance,op eration,and system.The research results of this paper are based on the actual situation of water Conservancy project management in Xingyu Company and have a certain guiding effect on the subsequent water Conservancy project flow management in Xingyu Company.At the same time,this paper hopes that the research results of this paper are a reference for other types of water Conservancy project management.
