| In recent years,China has stepped into the fast track of development in the construction of large sea-crossing Bridges.As an important part of the bridge,deck pavement has been made great progress in the research and practice of major material properties,large machinery and equipment research and development,and technical engineering,and has basically been reached the world advanced level even the world leading level.However,there are few studies on road aggregate production,quality control,and the influence of aggregate processing and production quality on the performance of asphalt mixture.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out research on related technology and management from the perspective of improving aggregate quality,which can improve the technical performance and service life of bridge deck pavement.Based on the pavement engineering project of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge(HZMB),a series of studies on the production technology and management of aggregate for deck pavement were carried out on the basis of full investigation and the actual demand of the bridge,and specific management strategies and measures were put forward and put into practice.The research introduced the concept of "factory lean production" and realized the factory production of pavement aggregate for the first time in the world,which greatly improved the aggregate production technology,technical performance and management level and effectively guaranteed the quality of deck pavement of HZMB.It has certain reference and guiding significance for the technical method and construction quality of deck pavement in our country,especially the long-span deck pavement.This paper firstly analyzes the present situation of aggregate processing technology and standard specification,the main problems existing in aggregate processing and the status quo of engineering factory production and its management theory;Secondly,combined with the characteristics and difficulties of the project,this paper briefly analyzes the technical scheme and aggregate requirements of the deck pavement of HZMB,and studies the construction scheme of aggregate factory production,process control and equipment configuration optimization,production quality assurance system,etc;Thirdly,the performance index evaluation of aggregate produced by ordinary process with that produced by factory are compared,and two typical pouring asphalt mixtures GMA-10 and GA-10 of HZMB are taken as examples to verify their effectiveness in improving the performance of the mixture;Then,based on the theories of engineering principal-agent,dynamic equilibrium,engineering standardization and supply chain management,research on the construction of aggregate factory production management model is conducted.Finally,a systematic summary of the research results is made,and the contents that need further study are put forward.This paper is expected to provide reference for similar projects. |
